Everything was extremely clean and the stay was perfect! We had so much fun in the pool, had a drink from the bar! Our girls loved the fun lobby with connect 4 and ping pong! Overall, it was peaceful! Would come back here again and look for other EVEN hotels for future travels!

Room was overall mostly clean. The bathroom was handicapped and was kind of flooding during a shower. The toilet you had to flush twice for it to work. Looked like unfinished projects in the bathroom and a dirty shower curtain. The lobby was clean and staff were nice and efficient! Parking was $15 so be aware of that added cost. We had someone loud above us which wasn’t hotels fault but definitely could use sound proofing.

The property was nice and modern. The staff was slowwwwwwww. I didn't seam like there was any staff there that knew what they were doing except the bar tender. Very short staffed. Had a complimentary ride to a restaurant , said to call when ready to pick up...nade the call 20 m in. later no one came...called again and she said he was on his way...;waited another 10 minutes and he never showed up...we walked 8 blocks back to the hotel sweating our tails off., overall a lot of improvements need to happen with all your staff.

Feels a bit surface- level nice.

We rented four rooms for our family reunion. Overall we enjoyed our stay, especially the size of the rooms. The exercise amenities made us laugh a bit. They have a nice gym and a pool (no jacuzzi) Our bathroom barn door was broken and they fixed it immediately upon being told... even reached out to me with a text to offer any help while we were there. Their kitchen was out of order, but they stepped up and offered complimentary breakfast pizza that was DELICIOUS! We really appreciated it with the large group we had. We stayed in four of their five bunk rooms. The beds were comfy and things were clean. Parking was very easy (done on a cell phone $15/day), open air, and right next to the hotel. The area of town seemed a little sketchy, but we didn't see the homeless or anything.
They had four varieties of pizza, along with juice and fruit.

Kitchen was closed. Pool room was so loud couldn't sit in there. Didn't know I had to pay extra for parking. Staff was wonderful.

Picked this hotel because of location. Upon check in, was not given much information. Did finally figure out parking. Hard to get in and out of. I paid for breakfast and was told their oven was broken so we got pastries and fruit (which I had to ask to be refilled). Didn’t tell me upon check in just when I asked in the morning. Did not get a refund. It was very very noisy over night. One elevator did not work. Construction was going on with painters tape up and construction dirt all around (second floor) The bed was comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

They charged us for rooms and we did not even stay at the hotel. We were unable to stay due to immediate military orders yet we were charged for the stay a day after the reservation date. Unethical and simply just not right.
