Very nice home for families!

The house was very nice and in a great location for Disney parks and restaurants. The bed rooms were nice. The kitchen needs some plastic cups and a little updating on utensils. Our biggest was the pool. It was so dirty due to a tree that hung over the screened in pool area. It was full of tree dirt, pollen, etc. no one wanted to swim in it which was a shame because that was one of our higher things on our wish list. We did go to the community pool which was nice. I know the pollen was Mother Nature but the tree should definitely be trimmed back. We also had a squirrel that found its way in the pool area. We got it out but it was a struggle.We had a great vacation other than that. One more suggestion… it would be nice to have an instruction book on items regarding the house. We had to search for towels, none in bathrooms, they were in a closet. No chalk for pool sticks. Not darts for dart board. A broom for patio would be nice too!

Easy Stay in Windsor Hills

Had a good stay in this home. There was a good amount of space and enjoyed the pool. Home was very clean. Could have benefited from a few more blankets and extra furnishing, but we managed well. When we did have a minor maintenance need, the communication and resolution was excellent!

This house is located in a great area, close to Disney and a Walmart. The community pool and park is very nice! The house was nice, but lacked some simple up keeps. Damage soffits when we arrived, very limited kitchen supplies. The games in the game room were very worn the air hockey table didn’t work.

Our Hurricane Away Stay

Hurricane Milton was on his way. We reached out to Chai and he had availability for this house. He was great, Any questions or concerns we had he was able to help us right away. Even after the storm my son wanted to jump in the pool after the hurricane and he came same day to clean the pool for us. He was a great host. Thank you again Chai. Hoping our next book will be a vacation instead of a run away from hurricane trip. Keep up the great work.

Relaxing - Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space to relax and take it easy. And for those days that we spent at the parks, NASA, visiting friends, etc. - we had a wonderful home to come back to at the end of the day! Our host was very responsive and made for a wonderful vacation.

Vacation too short

First of all we got to the property and the code wouldnt work i call the host and he immediately fixed the problem the house was wonderful very clean and nice we got there on sunday and was to stay till Friday we had such a wonderful stay friday came and we forgot what day it was we got up friday morning and drove to Clearwater fl on the other side of tampa the host called us to say you suppose to check out today it was shocking but he was so nice about it we got in so much traffic coming back but the house keepers was so nice the host was so pleasant he said no worries i understand so all this to say the host was wonderful the house was beautiful the housekeepers were understanding and the vacation was too short 5 stars all around 😀

Perfect house for 2 families and great location!

This house accommodates 2 families of 4 perfectly! There is plenty of room and the pool and hot tub are awesome! The property does have some wear but it’s still perfectly lovely! Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place to stay and enjoy Disney and all that’s in the Orlando area!

Great Vacation Stay for Disney World

The vacation home was clean and had 1 bathroom per bed which made it easy to shower when you have a family of 10 after a long day. Chai was easy and quick to communicated if we needed anything. The pool was the best part, since we mostly used the pool. 5 Star rating for me!

I enjoyed the stay, the spa and the pool are nice the rooms were cleaned if you have a group with more than 4 cars it's probably best to find a different property due to resort parking restrictions. But other than that it was an all around pleasurable experience, the host is easy to communicate with and Judy one call away he even allowed us some extra time to clean up come departure time, wonderful home.
