It was a good stay. Dont like being hit woth at deposit when checking in. We should be told when making reservations. I did order from the bar but waited for a very long time to be waited on for an order of nachos that were very good. But was being skipped by bar tender even when I was ahead of some.

Hotel more a motel. I had first floor and there were other guess that were in the parking lot talking and carrying at all night. Wall were thin could hear the neighbors baby crying all. The bath tub was dirty. Theres paint splatters all over the bathroom floor. The door to come in had huge gaps at the bottom you see outside.

We were celebrating our bdays It was really nice. We didn’t arrive until very late, and we were looking forward to the pool and the hot tub. However they close it at 11pm . That was the only disappointment. We were in town for the day. We work 80 hrs a week on the regular and it is hard to coordinate time away. But we made the most of the night and the bed was super comfortable.

The short man at the front desk gave a room with no air conditioning and it was dirty at First but the nice woman at the front desk fixed the mistake and gave a way better room

Ok so I stayed twice during my week vacation. Both times 2 days. I’m building 1 it was great. Then I came back they put me in building 5 upstairs. The room was okay but the AC did not work. We got back to the room late so I had to call the front desk late to tell them. I pretty much figured I would have to changed rooms. But the lady Nikki told me I had to wait for someone to come look for it in 15 minutes. An hour later no one came. I called back ms with a nasty attitude I was told we’ll come to the front and change rooms or sleep in the heat. I was given a room in building 6 down stairs and it was HORRIBLE. Had curls around the wall the room was dusty. Had 2 doors that looks like they may have been to 2 separate connection roo A but both doors looked Erie. PLUS the AC did not work. I am not going to lie I think Nikki did it on purpose. Anyway, that following morning I went to fro t rest to explain my issue. Once again I was told to wait 25 minutes for maintenance. Ok course he never came. 1 hour later I call and back and they said oh we will call him to find out the issue of why. About 45 minutes later they called me to say the maintenance ( that NEVER) showed up) said it couldn’t be fixed so I needed to move rooms. I asked to be placed in a different building but O was told they could not. They sent me back to building 5. Finally the AC worked mind you I called after check out time since I figure they would be busy so I waited a decent time before I started all of this.
