Will do on a budget

Budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for, I suppose. This was my second time staying here, and I was hopeful that previous conditions had been a fluke or had been improved upon. Sadly, improvement was not the case. In an excellent and convenient location and free parking is awesome, but the awesome ends there. From the elevators, to the hallways, this place always seems as though it's in a state of unfinished repair. Though clean, my room wasn't stocked with towels, so I tried to ring the desk to request. Because my phone was unlabeled, this was a frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful effort. So I redressed and walked to the front desk. The attendant seemed slightly annoyed and unapologetic about the inconvenience. Again, given the expense, I don't expect Ritz-level service, but a certain degree of hospitality should be standard.

I have to say, I’ve never been so disappointed. The heat in the room did not work and it was about 58 degrees in the room. We asked for assistance and only received a few thin blankets. We were told an engineer would be up to look at the heat but no one showed up. It was miserable in there and not the standard someone would expect. The fact that there would be no refund and we would have to deal with it, wasn’t acceptable. We checked in Friday, January 24th and left that same night. We didn’t have a fight left in us and were too cold to get it situated further. We incurred further expenses due to this change of hotel. Unfair is an understatement in this case. Very disappointed.

Check in was pleasant. While checking in two other customers came to the counter to complain that their key cards didn't work. I didn't think much about it, until I went to my room and had the same issue. It took 15 minutes for someone to override it and let me into the room. Upon entering, the room was dirty. The beds were made, but the floor hadn't been swept and the tub was dirty. I went back to the lobby and they offered to put me in another room and I agreed if I could view it first. Once at that room, the key card would not work either. At that point they advised that the hotel was redoing all the key cards and they had only completed the 14th floor. I decided to leave. If the staff hadn't been so kind and understanding, I would give this a zero review.

i was charged a $20 resort fee and due to cold weather. the pool and outside bar were not open i should be refunded the $20 plus hotel tax

Horrible experience!!! Their TV never worked, their reception did not answer the phone, the weather was cold and their IC kept turning on in cold air, the room started to get humid, I had to run out of the room at 7:00 am because the environment was super humid.
