We got a nice big room looking over the volcano it was perfect. Room was clean, pool was big and the beds were comfortable. We loved it here, would definitely stay again

The hotel was a major disappointment. Our room was on the first floor next to the pool gate which slammed loudly all day and night. The room itself had mold everywhere, a missing picture from the wall, the a/c unit had a high-pitched squeal every time it turned on, and there were paint drippings all over the floor. In the bathroom, a piece of the linoleum wood floor was damaged and sticking up, which we found out by stepping on it, resulting in an injury, and a metal post from the metal bedframe was sticking out from the side of the bed frame, which could have seriously injured someone. The "cafe" was a joke. One person cooking on an open grill, line was out the door, one person on the register, and overpriced bulk snacks from Costco. The overall appearance of the place was beyond lackluster. I get that the view is of I-4, but there is a lack of attention to detail throughout the place. Only nice part was the pool area. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but left after the first night. I took video and pictures and disputed part of the charge with my credit card company. Online advertising is misleading.

This place was gross.. you could tell this property maintenance is awful.. bedroom doors have stains and rust. Bathroom sinc disgusting and I saw 2 cockroach in my bedroom.. I won’t recommend a stay in this hotel to anyone at all.

I had the worst stay ever. I never imagined such a terrible experience. We had to leave the hotel earlier than planned. Calling the front desk was a nightmare. The guests in the rooms next to us were extremely noisy, knocking on our door in the middle of the night and running away. When we left, my husband forgot his bracelet, and we tried to contact reception — we waited on the line for over 30 minutes, and they kept hanging up. It was a complete nightmare. I will never come back.
