I stayed for 2 nights on an unexpected trip and chose this hotel for the great location and a $40 off deal. Unfortunately, I ended up paying that $40 at check-in for a different charge, even though I had already paid in full online. They also held a $50 damage deposit that is refundable after checkout if all is good. Everything was clean but a bit dated, and the Wi-Fi was disappointing—my personal hotspot worked better, which made remote work challenging. I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities due to my busy schedule, but the hotel does offer a bar, café, gym, and pool, and it’s in walking distance of stores and activities. So if you're coming for all play, no work, this is a more "affordable" hotel to consider! Thank you for the stay!

Es pésimo el servicio de limpieza. Tienes que hacer una solicitud en front desk y tienes que pagar adicional para que te cambien las toallas, la ropa de cama, que te proporcionen vasos plásticos nuevos, en fin el servicio de housekeeping tienes que pagarlo adicional. Los 4 dias que estuve ahi nunca recibi este tipo de atención en la habitación. Primera vez que me hospedo en un hotel y que este servicio tenga costo adicional. Adicional el blackout de la ventana estaba dañado por lo que dormir era incomodo ya que entraba mucha claridad de la luz de los parking. No podían cambiarme de habitación por la disponibilidad. La televisión no funcionaba, no había señal de televisión y no había forma de poner Netflix ni otras aplicaciones de video. En general la experiencia no fue tan grata y no seria un lugar al que volvería.

Este hotel me encanta’ por el lugar donde está ya q hay muchos lugares ser a para ir y los restaurantes no están tan lejos. Además tiene sus parques como Universal studios y Volcano a 10 minutos. Lo único q deberían de mejorar es la limpieza ya q el Piso es un Asco de sucio, parece q no lo limpian y deberían de poner mesa para comer por lo menos y algún sillón mas para poner las maletas ya q no lo tiene mucho, de ahí el resto está bien pero esas cositas pequeñas deberían de mejorar Pero lo recomiendo. This property is deceiving. I booked thinking I was booking a hotel but I was put in a motel. I guess there is a side with hotel rooms but we were put into the run down motel side. I booked for the pool and didn’t get a hotel with breakfast included. I regret it. The hotel overflowed and water with stool in it was on our bathroom floor. It took 3 requests for them to clean it. We had to use the lobby bathroom while we stayed there. Not worth it.

It’s in a great location, but the room that we stood in was an old remodeled building that should’ve been torn down and rebuilt. Pool area was nice. Parking was very convenient room was clean.

The rooms were very cozy clean and spacious but the beds were very cheap and uncomfortable and what they claimed to be queen size weren’t they were full size and if you want housekeeping services you have to pay for it.
