Prior to arrival I called to ensure I would have a room the morning after check in date as I was delayed due to gov shutdown. I was promised I would have a room upon arrival. I was told they did not have any room available and had me waiting in the lobby for over 3 hours. The bathroom door had to be slammed shut in order to be fully closed and lockable

It is the worst hotel and the worst room I have ever been, I almost go to sleep in my car. I can say that I was fooled by what he told me and the pictures they showed me of the room. I do not recommend that hotel to anyone because if you arrive late for Check-In, they will give you the worst of them..

Nice pool area and hot tub area. Asked for clean towels one day and never recieved them. You have to book housekeeping 24 hours in advance, which is annoying. Otherwise the room was just whwt we needed - simple and clean.

I called this hotel the night before to have an early check in, since I was arriving on a red eye from the West Coast. They said it would cost $25 extra but to call around 7:30 am in the morning of our arrival day, when the maids would be there. I did so when we arrived at the airport in Orlando the next morning around 8am. At that point, they said the maids were not there yet. So we got our rental car and drove directly to the hotel in hopes that a room would be open. Upon arrival to the hotel around 10am, the front desk said there was nothing available and wouldn't be until 12pm. So we had to stay in our car and try to get some rest. At 12pm, I got up to the front desk and they gave us a room stating it was the only one the had. We went to the room and found out it was right next to the freeway. I had asked for a quiet room on the reservation and also to the front desk and was given the worst room, with paper thin windows. Infact, there were holes on the side of the entry door. The parking was unsafe, very isolated from the main area. The walking areas were wet from the old air conditioners. We were too tired to go back and fight about it. The next day we wanted to go to Disney and the resort fee, $20/night, included free shuttle to the park. We waited for over an hour and the shuttle never came. So we had to use our car and pay $35 for onsite Disney parking. We were unable to use the pool since it rained the whole time. I feel at least the resort fee be reimbursed.
