There will never anything perfect in a hotel room, there were some areas that needed some cleaning. The staff however, were really nice and courteous. I would stay here again

Don’t agree to the high-pressure sales of Wyndham vacations. At check in they will try to sell you on their vacation timeshares, don’t agree and enjoy your vacation.

The amenities (pool, mini-golf, game room) were great for the family. The room was nice and clean. It's always nice to have a washer and dryer and dishwasher in the room as well.

Loved everything about the hotel except for the desk you get your bracelets at when you check in! The lady was very rude trying to sell me on a “free stay” if I attended a meeting the next day at 8am. You can’t outsell a sales rep. She tainted the beginning of my vacation by adding stress on a travel day! Other than her, the hotel was very nice and we loved our suite and the pricing was amazing!

The room was outdated and many parts were less than clean. The sofa bed was stained and dirty. The toilet seat was dirty. There was a german roach on the shower curtain. Several towels were filthy along with a pillow case. The shower head lacks pressure. The faucet is too close to the sink making it difficult to wash your hands. The room needs a major renovation. The amenities are pretty good, though.

Got to Cypress Palms where my reservation was and was told I had been bumped to another property. Was told a voice mail was left, I never got a call or voice mail. Switch made me miss a lunch reservation I had at Disney. Took almost an hour to finally find this out and get to other location.

We had a very quiet 5 night stay. Loved the convenience of the washer/dryer. Room has a lot of what you need already as far as detergents, shampoo, etc. I would come back again. Only downside was the very tiny bathroom as you can barely close the door while in it.

I have stayed at this property for 20+ years and will continue. They keep up the decor and grounds well. I never have a complaint here. We enjoy the quiet and chill vibes. Very convenient location to everything we do in Orlando area. Some of the older resorts show age however this one is very well maintained.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it was a delight. Quiet, great location, quick access to the Disney parks, stores and restaurants nearby. The property is well maintained and clean, the rooms are nicely updated with quality furnishings. My only complaint is they disable your door fobs/pass keys at 10am on the dot. This is frustrating when taking luggage back and forth from the room as someone has to stay behind to open the door. Also in general someone is knocking on your door to come clean at 10am if not a little before on checkout day. This needs to be adjusted. Overall we do plan to stay again, as the price was reasonable for what you get in a room.
