There was something that appeared to be feces on the wall just above the toilet paper holder and the tissue dispenser was coming out of the wall. Also the mattress was worn. Besides that everything was a-ok.

I stayed here in the past and had a horrible experience but when I reserved it this time I did not realize it was the same Hotel until we pulled up at 10pm. So I was like oh well we will give it a second chance. We were no more happy this trip. Mildew smell on the third floor, they try to keep it cool to help with that but in our room it was ok except for after a long day at the Parks coming back to fire ants all over the room and ac unit. And taking a shower was a no go due to the fact water trinkled out of the shower head and it was cold water while being all the way on hot! All I really look for while staying in a Hotel are no bugs, a comfortable bed and a good shower!

2 nights stay for a weekend

Stayed 2 nights, have stayed here before and free breakfast, location, affordable price, and no parking fee were main reasons for booking here. First evening, no hot water, next night was water was okay. although dirty towel and paper baskets were removed, no bed turndown service the entire stay; had to call for new towels and more toilet paper and was told we could get those items at the front desk. Hotel keeping didn’t answer the phone, spoke with front desk and sent my son to get the towels and paper because we were told no one during nights to bring those to our room but did apologize. We booked an accessible room, which was spacious b/c my brother had knee surgery and needed room in case we had a chair for mobility, but tub was regular not roll-in shower. Beds were comfortable but pillows not so. We were on 5th floor, weird considering we booked an accessible room, usually those are on the bottom floor. Breakfast buffet was very well stacked with warm foods like scrambled eggs, sausage & potatoes as well as coffee, and cold options like 2cereal types, sweet danish, yogurt, apple & orange juice; also had bagels and sliced bread. breakfast area was very clean and well maintained. During the evening there is a sushi restaurant on the hotel property but we didn’t dine there and many dining options in the area, many within walking distance. Hotel has a pool and 24hr gym, didn’t use can say the conditions of those facilities. Staff was very friendly.

I was unable to make my trip due to a family emergency. I contacted the property through Expedia and was told they could not refund me my money. I tried multiple times. I just wish there was something they could do for me and not just refund me my money. I’m out $200 with out them even caring. I could not help I had an unexpected family emergency. It’s definitely not something I wanted to happen. I would rather of had nothing happen and me able to make the trip. I will not be booking any comfort inn stay again.

The staff was nice but the hotel is so out dated. It needs to be refurbished for sure. The rooms weren’t that good. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed when you were taking a shower the shower head felt like you were getting hit with pins and needles and it leaked all over the place. My granddaughter wouldn’t get under the shower head cause it was so bad. Walked into talk a shower the first night and there was hair all over the shower walls. I could keep going on about the room but I think you got the clue about this hotel..

We had a bedspread with a blood stain on it. The walls were so thin we could hear everybody until 2am including the person showering and blow drying their hair at 1 am. The AC was missing a piece so it sounded like a wind tunnel every time it kicked on. There was no hot water when showering. No response from front desk when we checked out after first night.

Good place to stay for price and proximity to the Disney parks with a satisfying breakfast buffet. Access to transit to parks was limited and walking is not an option but an Uber was usually less than $10 to the nearby animal Kingdom.

The pool was dirty and jacuzzi wasn't working!! Room smells like ashtrays, linen sheets beds and pillows smells sweat and funky... I don't recomment... plus they tried to charge me 300$ for my room... avoid this hotel!

Never again!

We tried to check in 1 1/2 before check in time of 3:00 pm & was told we couldn’t because there were no rooms available but for an extra fee of $30 we could check in early. Apparently there’s available rooms for an extra charge. Sofabed in room was stained & there were no sheets or a pillow for the sofabed. We booked this room purposely for the sofa bed. The water pressure was terrible & hot water temperature was warm at best. The toilet barely flushed. For a one night stay it worked out but don’t recommend for longer stays.
