The pictures listed are definitely old. The lobby was clean and inviting except for the portable ACs plugged in in several places. 1 of the 3 elevators was broken for 2.5 days we were there. The rooms are out dated. We booked the family suite with 2 queen beds and bunk beds. 1 of the queen beds was so worn down and soft it was like You were just sleeping on the springs and it creeks loudly every time you move, disturbing the rest of the room. The other queen bed was firm and just ok in comfortability.The sheets and blankets were stiff and not comfortable. The bunks also had very thin mattresses that creek every time you move. There is also no AC vent or fan in the bunk area so the kids were sweating. Room has a moldy musty smell even though I did not visibly see mold. There were also baby roach bugs crawling under the bed. The bathroom was very small and had no fan to vent in there. Toilet paper so cheap it ripped every time you tried to use it. The breakfast was as expected for hotel breakfast flavorless but hot and fresh. Coffee tasted like water. The pool area is run down and not taken care of, the ripped worn down fence around the pool makes it look terrible. The hot tub did not get hot and is extremely small. There is a hut where it looks like they used to sell snacks and drinks but now it’s just run down and not used. It’s a shame because it’s a huge pool and has the potential to be beautiful if they kept up with it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very run down. In the lobby there is extensive leaking (you can see it on the ceiling above the elevators and they have a dehumidifier running there too). In our room (we had a two queen with the bunk beds) the lamp shades had mold on them, the bed sheets were “wet” to the touch all of the time, our bathtub did not drain. The one upside was that breakfast was good.

NEVER AGAIN

Disgusting conditions. Moldy, everything was damaged. We didn’t end up staying the night. We left. Upon arrival, the room assigned to us was not clean or done up. We returned downstairs in hopes of a new clean room. They gave us a key to a different room. This room was OCCUPIED with a naked man about to shower. The safety was nonexistent in this hotel. I feel bad for the guy we barged in on. They gave us his room key. The front desk receptionist said oops it says it’s clean in the system. What kind of system are they running! We ended up getting g out of there and staying somewhere else.

Upon check-in, I noticed an air purifier in the lobby but didn’t think much of it. Once we got to our room on the 3rd floor, however, the air was muggy, damp, and had a strong mildew smell. On top of that, the air conditioning was not strong enough to cool the room and kept shutting off on its own, even though we set it to stay on with no timer. Brad at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional—he deserves 5 stars for his efforts. He immediately tried to move us to another room on the 5th floor, but unfortunately, things were even worse. When stepping out of the elevator, there were multiple buckets catching water from what appeared to be roof leaks, with paint peeling off the walls. The new room smelled worse than the first. Since it was almost 11 p.m., my family and I had no choice but to stay in the original room, though we were far from comfortable. While the staff did what they could, the overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. Sadly, we won’t be returning and cannot recommend this property.

The staff was excellent. The property had some problems and the breakfast was kinda lacking. Need more varity. The comforter in my room was the worst part. It had mold, stains and also had some blood stain in it. Should have been thrown away.

Room was clean, the mirror in our room had a crack in it but didn’t affect our stay. The water pressure needs looked into you hardly have enough for a nice shower. Breakfast had plenty of options. Staff were polite. Not a bad stay for the price we paid. The only thing I did not like is we paid online and when we got to the hotel they billed us an “incidental fee” non refundable. Find it odd and didn’t see it mentioned on Expedia that I’d be billed again at the hotel. We got in late and just wanted to eat and go to bed so I gave in and paid it.

The cons: The property was old, the pillow case has turned yellowish. I found a hair inside the small towel. The water wasn’t very hot, just warm when it turns on max. We were unlucky to have loud people next room who keep slamming the door and talking really loud in the hallway. Won’t be returning to this hotel. The Pros: This hotel location is very closed to Disney Theme Parks, McDonald, Starbucks, CVS, Walmart , Wawa, and local Sovenir Disney Gift shops.

Hotel is pretty run down. Bathrooms could use a little TLC. Hotel keys did not work at first so we had to go down again to get them properly activated. Price was good so you get what you pay for.

Horrible

This was my 3rd time here, the 1st two times, I had NO issues. This 3rd was NOT the charm. The rooms were disgusting with stained bedding, no mattress cover, dirty hotel room and hair on the floor. After looking over two other rooms, I settled on the 1st floor where I was bit by something along with my 11yr old child. Breakfast wasn’t even edible. No refunds were offered even after my dismay. NEVER AGAIN!
