I booked because it said it was a Comfort Inn & Suites, but it is now just a Comfort Inn. Very disappointed. Room: Terrible odor in the room, almost like a pet had been in the room. The carpet was replaced with tiles, but I still wore shoes while in the room due to a slippery film on the floor. The bed frame is old and made a very loud popping sound when I got out of the bed. The lamp shades were stained and had holes in them. One night when I was sleeping, someone tried to get into my room. If I had not deadbolted the lock, they would have had access. I asked the front desk about it the next day, and they said the night staff probably gave a guest the wrong key/room when checking in. I asked if they have cameras on the floors, and they said the security cameras were taken out by the hurricane and they never replaced them. They also said they would check with the night staff to see what happened and let me know, but I never heard from them. Breakfast: Basic continental breakfast. There were not many guests during my stay, so the bread products were getting stale. The milk machine is no longer used, so they had a half full gallon of milk sitting on the counter. I overheard a guest tell the breakfast girl that the milk was warm and expired. I’m not sure what she said, but the milk was not replaced. The hotel is convenient to the parks but is very run down and in much need of renovation. I will never stay at this hotel again unless it is renovated/improved.

Had everything we needed. We spent most the time at Disney so we just needed a place to sleep and get ready in the morning and they had amazing breakfast!! Mickey waffles 10/10 would eat them every morning if I could.

The only thing is you can't bring breakfast up to your room, which threw me off a little bit. Nothing end of days, though I just have a routine and I had to change it up a little, and the water could have been hotter, but we were on the 4th floor, so that could have affected things. All staff were super friendly, smelled clean, breakfast was super yummy and had mickey waffles!

I want to start by saying that the staff at this hotel are some of the nicest I’ve encountered. They were all doing an excellent job. However, this hotel is extremely run down. Here is what we encountered just in our room: -cracked wall behind shower -varying degrees of hot water- and no hot water on our check out day -wet smell -ring around the toilet bowl -rusted pipes around the toilet -old paint behind the toilet -rusted sink stopper -malfunctioning television The hotel also has a very weird rule that you cannot take food out of the breakfast area. But the issue is that the breakfast room was hotter than hades. It felt like a sauna in there. We would not stay at this hotel again.

I absolutely adore the Mikey Mouse Waffles, especially for the kids. They have a variety of food for breakfast. The staff was ivery friendly and welcoming.
