“Home” away from home for Disney!

We use this as our “home” hotel every time we come to Disney World, about 6 times a year. The staff is friendly & helpful. The breakfast buffet is a great perk and the food is good, fresh & changes a little each day. Super convenient for going to Disney World, minutes to each park and no need for 192 or I4! If you are looking for a clean, comfortable , safe & affordable hotel this is for you.

We spent the day in Magic Kingdom and were able to check in late. Breakfast was great but was wanting to take it up to the room to eat and was told “no”. My granddaughter enjoyed a swim in the pool before we checked out.

The pool was dirty and the water was warm, there were roaches, the key didn’t work, the breakfast food was disgusting, and they didn’t have enough blankets for all the beds.

Our room did not have internet. When I complained about it, I was told “yes, that room struggles to get internet”. Also, there were screw-ups when we checked in. Also, there was a charge if we wanted to check in even one hour early. The front desk people were awful and not at all friendly or helpful.

El baño estaba sucio, encontramos una cucaracha, la bañera estaba tapada. El área del comedor no tiene aire acondicionado, las luces de las mesas que están afuera del comedor no las encienden y no tiene ventilación, es desagradable comer así. El edificio está es muy malas condiciones, con grietas y óxidos. No se compara a las fotos. Cuando subes a las habitaciones hay un mal olor , no sé si viene de las alfombras pero es muy muy desagradable. En fin, no entiendo como este hotel sigue abierto al público.

The employees were very helpful and approachable, the check in was smooth and simple as well. I’ve heard people complain about the breakfast yet the breakfast was very good, it’s a hotel breakfast not a buffet. Overall I will stay here again, I had stayed here in the past a couple times and I say this stay was a bit more pleasant than before.

The pool had a 4" the width/ height of the entire top white tile. Thick dirty around the whole pool. Informed the front desk the first night. Informed the morning desk lady she wrote it down. The maintenance came out to look at something else. I asked about the pool. He informed me don't ask infront of other people what's wrong with you. The belittled me to others in Spanish. He cleans it once a month. The Jacuzzi was cold. Broken chairs and lounge chairs. The deck looks like it's never cleaned. Hair everywhere! Trash the tiles either missing or severely cracked. The Waffles was a great kid friendly shape. The breakfast staff was awesome. But the room was extremely hot.

I liked that they had transportation to the parks. Didn’t like that they don’t hold luggage without charging a fee per bag or requiring you to pay to check in early. Forgot a sweater there on checkout, called to see if I could retrieve it, and never heard back from them.
