We rented three rooms, and unfortunately all of them were dirty. The floors were sandy to the point that I had to keep washing my feet. There was only one person at reception who was kind and helpful; the rest of the staff were rude and lacked basic people skills. We also saw a cockroach on the steps near our room, which was extremely concerning. There was no coffee machine in the room, which was disappointing. The beds were very uncomfortable. We specifically paid for king-size beds in all three rooms, but instead we were given double beds, which resulted in neck soreness and back pain for several of us. Also, the bathtub and sink was clogged. When we went to reception to ask about getting the rooms we paid for, one of the desk staff told us that king-size beds are generally reserved for people with disabilities. If that is the case, then this hotel should not be advertising king-size beds online to the general public. That is false advertising. Overall, we are very disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it based on cleanliness, comfort, or customer service.
