Disgusting rooms

The room was disgusting, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, shower and toilet had hair all over, hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom, stains in the wall everywhere, missing trim. Was in the room for a very short time before getting a refund and finding somewhere else to stay.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this MOTEL. The area did not feel safe at all. The room was ok, but you could tell it was just covering the age and poor condition, especially in the bathroom.

The only thing I would say negative is there was a lot of noise outside our room. I don’t know if it was people coming up and down the stairs outside our room or slamming doors, but it was just a lot of loud banging.

I don't normally do bad reviews. But this Quality Inn building should be demolished and make a new hotel. It's not staff's fault, they are nice people. It's the owners or management fault. It's a total mess. . I didn't know this type of hotels still existed in 2025.

Quality is not the reality

Most travelers simply want comfortable and clean. It felt dirty and the floor was. The bathroom was outdated. You can't charge $165.00 and provide this kind of room. Very disappointed ☹️

First: There were no ice machines working on the property. You had to go to the lobby and get ice from a small portable machine that would only fill your bucket 1/3 full - OR - get the ice from the office in the back. Second: the room had damage to the floors and baseboards. Third: There was limited dining choices.
