Front service terrible route obnoxious not helpful reverse nasty. I seen a cockroach here in the bathroom. Also on the bed no elevator I had to carry my own luggage to the second floor. Disgusting the worst Doubletree I have ever stayed in please notify. I would be calling you for a full refund. Unacceptable.

Be aware the Doubletree bought out a nearby motel and your room is not a part of the freestanding Doubletree building. They put me in a "villa" which was really a motel. On my second night I heard two pops which I was scared were potentially gunshots - I tried calling the front desk multiple times with no response. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel aka motel to anyone.

Misleading

Quality of the room was lesser than expected. Extremely thin walls, you can hear everything in the room next to you and outside of your door. We were next to the pool and were woken early in the morning to the sound of kids screaming. If you plan on sleeping in, or are trying to peacefully enjoy your stay, it is impossible. They left out pictures of the shower purposely. The shower was extremely tiny and didn’t look properly cleaned. We were not put in the DoubleTree tower, but rather what looked closer to an outdoor motel. The hallway being outside was allowing bugs and frogs to get into the room. The ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign was a damaged magnet meant to stick to the door, rather than something to hang on the door knob, so it kept falling off our door. Overall it wasn’t worth the money. You can get hotels for the same price in this area for much better quality.

I gave staff & Service an average rating because when I first got there, they were friendly and courteous. On the day that I had to check out. It was not the case. They barely acknowledged me, didn't thank me for staying with them, the service was mediocre. What changed I have no idea. I was nice, courteous, treating the staff with respect and didn't cause any problems.
