I like location of some parks, convenient and safe didn’t like early and late night to much noise because maintenance was cleaning all day leaving trash bag in front my room door - toilet and sink stinking ,little refrigerator liquid water etc this property need some repairs

I stayed at this hotel and honestly, it was disgusting. The room was dirty and dusty, with grime on the walls and smudges the size of baseballs. To make it worse, there was a roach in the room — and not a tiny one. I’m talking the size of a baseball. Completely unacceptable. But the worst part? A man exposed himself during our stay. This is supposed to be a family-friendly hotel connected to SeaWorld. That kind of thing should never happen, especially in a place catering to families with kids.

I traveled with my grandkids and we were placed on the second floor, I am a disabled veteran and had to walk up a flight of stairs with a 3 month old. Also the bathtub is stained and had a dirty appearance.

For a nonsmoking property there is a lot of smoking. Rooms outside of the main building are confusing to find. Could use better signage. Disappointed with motel rooms. Thought we were booking rooms in the actual hotel building. Motel rooms are very motelish. Those motel rooms are more like you would find along the highway and not a resort.

Absolutely disgusting Room with hair all over the shower wall. Old wet moldy coffee filters inside of a.c unit. And yeah still in the trash can!!! I asked for another room which they did accommodate only to leave my daughters swimsuit by accident in the first room. When we woke up in the second room the next day and realized we left it we called the front desk and they said that house keeping doesn't see it in lost and found and they would check the room again when the next guest checked it at 11. They found the swimsuit still on the room after the next guest left!!! Did they even clean the room properly when they checked me into the next room??? So gross!

When we checked in, we had reserved a double bed and they put us in a king. It was ok because we have small children but still. Then they had an event so there was NO PARKING! But they still want to charge you $30 a night. The one pool was cold and thr family pool was really crowded. The bath tub waz really slippery and had a lot of give (we were on the 2nd floor)

Honestly was a geeat stay and literally walking distance to seaworld and Aquatica, I didnt believe it was so dorve there the first day and paid parking to then the second day take the free shuttle there and missed it on the way back so had to walk and i got to my room in literally 6 minutes. I would definitely book again.
