The staff were very courteous! Especially the lady who checked me in. She was generous to offer me a room on the first floor since she noticed I had a walking boot on. The only issues we had in the room were the blackout curtain. We had to contact maintenance to come fix it because it wasn’t closing all the way. Also, the shower door didn’t seem to close all the way because after we showered, a lot of water was coming out and we had to dry them up with the towels provided. They do have smoking spots. However, there were certain parts especially by the family pool area that reaked of weed. Other than that, we were satisfied. Would come back.
