The shower didn’t drain, leaving the tub to fill up with scum, and was leaking all over the bathroom floor. The sheets did not seem freshly laundered, including stains on pillowcase. The front desk staff were the only positive.

Nice hotel however, they had problems with the toilets not flushing and smelled like mildew and they moved us to another room and the Mgr Marie said to contact Expedia to get a discount on my room for inconvenience ! It’s documented on my account if you can contact them. The maintenance guy said they are working on the toilets and the heating was not working as well so they had to fix it... it was a bumpy road .

We reached there very late because flight delayed, at 1:30 am the lady on front desk said with deposit $1000 + . i said my reservation amount is $467.31.She said it’s third party reservation, you call them.i said what is the meaning of my confirmation.I am also managing a hotel.After 5 minutes she agreed to go with the reservation amount.so my Question is to Expedia,how can i trust next time to book with you? at midnight already tired and something happen like that..

The bathtubs in the bathroom were not as clean as expected, and a few members of the front desk staff were less welcoming during the check-in process. The transportation drivers were extremely pleasant
