A horrible experience. First ‘accessible’ room was very smelly with a horrible stale odour. Asked to be moved. Second room better but not accessible. Third room accessible but a downgrade to a single King. Smelled of chlorine, carpets so badly stained ypu couldn’t walk on it with bare feet. It was disgusting! Ridiculous car parking charges, no refund (yet) of credit card hold. Also took unexplained payments. No compensation for room downgrade. Housekeeping poor - left with no toilet tissue at one point. Reading other reviews if you are allocated a tower room - great. If you are allocated a ‘garden room’ then beware! In summary, not fit for purpose and an embarrassment to the DoibleTree brand.

We asked for sheets to be changed , left a tip with my note and 4 days they were never changed. Reported it to front desk 2x. Called prior to stay they said hot tub was working ( it was out 4 days prior) hot tub was never working! Main enterence light switch never worked.

We have to pay "daily" meaning EVERYDAY for an amenity that cant even be rendered properly! Their is absolutely NO PARKING IN THIS FACILITY! I find it extremely inconvenient to have to drive for 10 mins for parking thats not even available or walking from 6 buildings down to your actually room just because you parked behind some random buildings that "look" like their connected to the property. Then their was throw up all up and down the stairway leading to our room which caused even a more inconvenience just to have to walk even further with multiple bags!!! When I expressed my concerns a fake refund of the parking fee was supposely given that has yet showed up in my account. Will by pass this hotel if im in the area again not worth he headache

Staff was very nice. Had some issues with the room as soon as we entered (sink would not drain), but it was fixed quickly. There were some minor cleanliness issues with the room (buildup/hair on shower gel bottles in room, sheets were stained but you could tell they had been washed). Otherwise things were good, the location was great for the OCCC, and the breakfast was phenomenal.
