My recent experience at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive Convention Center was beyond disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the lack of cleanliness was alarming—the room felt neglected, and basic hygiene standards were clearly overlooked. Additionally, service throughout the hotel was subpar, with staff seeming disinterested in addressing concerns or improving the stay. Given Hilton’s reputation, I expected far better. Unfortunately, this hotel fell severely short in every aspect. I strongly recommend exploring other accommodation options if you’re visiting the Orlando area.

Nice stay!!

Great stay for one night! Wonderful breakfast and enjoyed the nightly happy hour! We arrived at 11 am and they had a room ready for us which was so nice because we have a little one that needed a nap. The only downside was our room was in the front of the building and it was extremely loud with the bars and restaurants across the street. Music and noise went on until 2 am making it very difficult to sleep.

Parking Cost Increases Already High Cost

We like the hotel and the location, but the charge for parking is outrageous. The hotel cost is already high, and then you have to fork over $23 a day for parking! We are staying at the Embassy, so where else are we going to park? This policy needs to change.

Great hotel ambiance

Ms. Candace went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay! She was very helpful and attentive to the smallest details ensuring we had everything we needed and wanted for the ultimate guest experience! The hotel ambiance was very good and the breakfast was good quality! The lady at the omelette station was not only cooking omelette to perfection but they were served within minutes of ordering. First I was told the property thst I had reservation was overbooked and moved me to a different property. Once I got there, the rooms I booked originally was not available and was forced to take a different room as the availability at this property was also very tight. Additionally, I was told since I had booked with Expedia (third party) they had the right to refuse the room if the hotel is overbooked. I will not stay at Hilton Hotels again after this experience.

We got a balcony room. Main highway was main view. There Is a lake in the distance. The room was great. Breakfast was very good and the staff from checking in to checking out was phenomenal. Would definitely stay again.

They didn’t have my upgrade that I actually paid for told me that they weren’t able to provide that for me, but they gave me a credit for the first day no credit for the second day and my credit they gave me points at my hotel members card not actual cash credit so I got the small little tiny balcony with no chair

Overall good stay. Only negative portions of our stay was the initial room charade. There was a few rooms that needed a little extra TLC. However, the manager and staff quickly worked to rectify the problem which instantly returned our stay to a good status.
