Cleaning staff was great, kept my room clean and tidy. Great location close to all the parks. Used the shuttle to Disney but if you want to rope drop you need to take uber around $12. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had for being free.

This was a great hotel. Good location. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Hot breakfast was included and the Mickey waffles are a fun touch! The pool was great with the ability to order poolside food and drinks. Building itself was very clean. We have already booked another weekend trip here for April.

Cleanliness of all areas. Good choice at breakfast . Shuttle buses saved me a lot of money. staff were friendly. Using facilities in both the Fairfield inns and courtyard allowed access to to the bistro and coffee shop. Close to shops/restaurants on Vineland/Apoka and Vineland outlets - easy to walk to.Staff always very friendly especially the staff in the restaurant.

The first room we had the walls were so thin we could hear everything our neighbors were saying and every little thing that happened, we went to front desk and got a different room. This room was on a completely different floor and much quieter but when I went to take a bath the bath tub finish was coming off and there was rust around the area and overall was a huge turnoff. I would not even stand on it to shower. We went to front desk again and were moved to the Courtyard across the way. This room was much nicer and we appreciated the 3rd move. Although there was hair still on the wall in the shower and the water was only cold or scalding hot. Breakfast also wasn’t included at this hotel an after a little back and forth they let us in the buffet for free. I normally don’t write these reviews but after three rooms and two hotels we still weren’t happy with our stay and will not pick this “village” again.

Booked the VERY last minute, literally as I was pulling into the parking lot. And yet it was PERFECT! Room was clean, and comfortable. Excited to have a microwave, coffee pot and fridge in the room. I don't usually sleep well the first night away from home, but I slept like a rock. Breakfast was to die for! Absolutely the most perfect experience EVER!

Clean room, all front desk personnel were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was. Very good with a wide variety to choose from. All personnel working the breakfast did a great keeping things clean and filled. It would have been nice if coffee was available in the lobby during nighttime hours.
