Overall, the place was fun, but the tub in my room was dirty before used. The AC was not working when we arrive. It was super hot and I was traveling with kids. We had to change room in the middle of the night for a cooler room. Parking sucks to pay $25 a day. Free breakfast was good. 3.9/5 rating.

Check your room first before paying

Lets start how the bathroom had a cheap shower insert with a crap ton of caulking, So much so the tub faucet was lose and leaking behind and inside the wall, So much so they over caulked the bottom of the tub so it wouldnt leak out the seams. Taking water pressure. Second the exasust fan in the bathroom was completely removed with no vent cover. Shared a room with family and had to smell each others poop every time was completely disgusted. The carpet infront of the mini fridge was extremely sticky, so much so for a room on the 5th floor had so many aints we had to toss half our groceries and snacks away. Thirdly, I'm a handyman, I mainly booked this place to wind down in 1 out of 4 hot tubs you claimed to have, while the one at our building was full of kid's, We checked another one for the water to be cold, walked across to the third building to the inside hot tub being disgusting. Had lumps of white stuff that looked very nasty and black stuff floating in it. Was extremely foggy and nasty. The one outside of that same area the jet timer switch was not turning on the jets. All 4 hot tubs were out the picture for us. Would not recommend staying here again to anyone. I was trying to find a quality hotel I would of had no problem spending more if I would of known the rooms were so ran down. There court yard and customer services was great either know they did nothing to fix our inconvenience. Also charged me $25 a day dor parking while I paid on hotels.com for it.

Misleading Description

I booked this hotel because it was listed as having a theme park shuttle. This was technically true, but misleading, as the last shuttle leaves for the park at 10 am, making it useless for me...AND you could only book the return on the shuttle to the park, so I couldn't even take one back.
