Our stay here is always lovely. The hotel is quiet and very clean. No carpet in the room. Staff is kind and acomodating. The cookies upon check in are nice. Breakfast is good with changing hot foods daily as well as pastries, pancakes and cereal. The location is near everything.

The room was incredibly dirty and dusty, the sheets had yellow stains and hairs on them, and the pillows were very hard. The manager came and said that the sheets are always washed, and then changed the bedding, but the supposedly clean sheets she brought had bloodstains on them. She apologized again and suggested that the washing machine probably wasn't working properly, which is incredibly disgusting. The floor was dirty, the refrigerator had something sticky on the drink holder, and the sink had coffee stains. It was unbelievably dirty. At breakfast, the pancakes were undercooked. A terrible experience.

The hotel was average. Rooms were spacious, but you could see their age, bed linens were not soft, tub drain was clogged, one sink drain as well. Breakfast was okay, not great. No decaffeinated tea options. Front desk staff was very friendly though. Unlikely to stay there again.
