The rooms and sheets were spotless. The only thing i did find were a few stray hairs. I assume they were from the housekeeping staff as they were cleaning. It is in a great location. There is a few shops and resaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Outlets and seaword a 10 minute drive. Disney is slightly further but still very close. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed some of the weekly actives, the mini golf, corn hole, and ping pong. the small store was nice, staff were very friendly. However the staff were not very familiar with the surrounding area. we asked if there were restaurants around and the staff did not know. There were so many with in walking distance we found out kind of disappointed we paid for an UBER. that being said we would return or recommend to others.

This property never disappoints. I’ve stayed multiple times and have recommended based on your ability to “stay your way”, with clean rooms offering kitchenettes and living spaces, to family friendly amenities, to its quiet and safe are it has basically anything you need. It’s also in a very convenient location whether you are there for work or fun!

Easy check in, text messaging alerts and check ins and text messages to check out. You do not need to return to front desk to check out. Ive stay at two Different Hilton Grand Vacations Clubs and they alway text you daily at least once to update you of activities and check on how your stay is going.
