Stay a while

Honestly it was different, I am so used to Hilton properties being gated. But this one was not and had me a little nervous. That means anybody can walk in or drive in and do what they want, grates there was security at night but it would be more safer to have one rover and another one at the gate if one was there. Other than that the rooms were great, clean, quiet, and well kept. I loved that they kept I touch with me throughout the stay via text.

Staff was amazing.... everyone was always very friendly, always attentive to our needs. The staff at the activities center are awesome, always willing to go the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable with no language barrier issues. The hotel area is quiet and relaxing. Very appreciative of Stefan and Carolina at the frontdesk who helped out and were always available for anything my family needed. Will definitely be back!!!

Another great adventure in Florida

I cooked on this trip, just like I normally do. I had to wash dishes at every meal. There were three of us plus one two year-old I felt we did not have enough dishes, nor did we have enough pots and pans for a family maybe 90% don’t cook, but we had to economize.

Beyond my expectations! Wish I stayed longer!

I absolutely adored my stay here! So much so that I envied everyone staying for more than 2 days, as I did. It was so much better than I had expected and had anything and everything you could ever need. Very spacious and quaint. Will 100% come back here and stay again if I'm ever in the Orlando theme park area, or Orlando in general.

The area floods fast. This property has a serious noise issue. The walls are too thin and there is no soundproofing for outside the rooms. Very frustrating to not have good sleep on vaction. Will not be coming back here

Family trip

Only 2 occurrences kept it from being at a 5++ score. Room wasn’t ready by 4 and asked for housekeeping and was told it would be between 10-2 and they showed up at 330. Nothing else detracted from stay. Staff was great and activities were fun. Would come back again. Nice location. Hotel still deserved 5 even with 2 issues.
