Excelente servicio es la segunda vez que me hospedo ahí. El desayuno es muy bueno y completo. La habitación que me tocó no se limpia a diario solo se saca la basura, se hace la cama, se cambian las toallas usadas y se rellenan los botes si les hace falta. El baño cuenta con Shampoo, acondicionador, gel de baño, crema corporal y jabón de manos.

Not sure where to begin. The front desk staff is beyond incompetent. Thank God for Lidia, she was great. In the evening, she was replaced by two other female staff members. I asked for ketchup and was told by one of them that she wasn't sure. The other staff member was on the phone, which is fine. After she got off, she told me she would check the breakfast area that was locked, I said that would work. She then proceeded to talk to other hotel guests, while the other lady did nothing. Apparently, competence isn't a requirement to work here. Aside from this, the room had a musty, almost moldy, smell to it every time. It was coming from the air conditioner, which was on whether or not the thermostat was set to AC or not. The bathroom was covered in stains and poor attempts to cover them up with paint Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else, please. This place needs to be demolished. The staff is incompetent and the smell in the room is unbearable.
