Last time we stayed in building 2, 4th floor. It was great, this time around we stayed in building 1, 2nd floor. Same room style but this time it didn’t feel as comfortable as the 4th floor stay in building 2. One of the showers had loose pipping and handle, beds didn’t feel as comfortable(personal opinion). Other than that solid 4 star stay and great location, will visit again, hopefully get a high floor room.

No eating restaurants within walking. No shuttles at all. Deposits for everything (I’ve been back over a week) and my $200 deposit and my $25 deposits have not shown up in my account). However the $22 we spent in the little snack shop when checking out hit my account that day. It was very hot and humid! Which expected for mid-july, however the lake activities were closed all week. Was told the person running it was pregnant and they didn’t want her out in the heat!!

Our stay was only one night as we were heading down for a week long cruise. We ended up not getting to the resort until 3:00 am as we sat on the interstate behind a bad wreck for hours! I was worried we would not even be able to check in. I was so wrong to worry! The girl at the front desk was so sweet and even offered us an extra hour so we could sleep a little longer. The resort is beautiful! The space is great! Everything was clean! We really enjoyed our short amount of time here and we will be back! Thank you!

Room needs some attention

The property is beautiful with a lot of activities to do. Customer service is great! The washers and dryers need to be updated or fixed. Room 8208 had white paint chipping off the bathtub. I don't think maintenance used the right paint. It is also slippery. Maybe because of the paint. My 15 year old son slipped and fell in the bathtub. Good thing he is young and recovers fast. Called the desk and they said a manager was going to call me. Still waiting. Overall, good place for the price!

Call to make sure that they have your stay is reversed. I had to wait because they did not have my room ready and they said that they did not receive anything. Did not even get a discount. I had to ask them 2 times for the baby’s bed and high chair.
