The property is huge. I requested a room overlooking the water park & was given a room overlooking an indoor courtyard 2 miles from the water park. We drive to the water park & found it over full. No lifeguards or security policing the rowdy guests and children. The amenities are not entirely free. You have to purchase wristbands for tubes in the lazy river but that didnt stop most guests from just walking through it. Kids were jumping from the muclh beds into the water & rough playing. It was not fun in the least. It was clean enough & in good condition but there was a lot lacking.

I would use a great deal of caution with this resort. I booked using Expedia and was put in a run down old room. The carpet was stained as well as the bathtub. I wouldn’t have paid half of what I was charged for this room. There are literally hundreds of options in this area. I respectfully spoke with the staff daily from check in on and only received a call from the manager on the last night. They had ample opportunity to assist with my concerns but I assume they had my money so had very little interest in accommodating me. I took pictures for the review as well. I would a paid this booking.
