Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Property is very large and a little difficult to navigate. Check in took a long time. Pools are nice and lots of amenities. All amenities are extra $$$ even extra $ for a tube for the lazy river.

The website was not clear about room service and food options limited when you come in after 10 pm which often can occur. Food available was mediocre. A/C unit would not kick in and at 10:10 pm I was told I couldn’t change rooms til they checked it out and the. Would have to wait for a new room. The manager said something about holding it down twice but did not come to show me how. It was less than 75 ft away. So pretty disappointed
