Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Upon check in we used Expedia and it wasn't updated in computer. So we had to wait about 25 minutes to check in. Then with line behind us front clerk told us twice our card declined payment but we seen on the card reader approved. So we questioned it and looked at our account and we were charged twice. Then another guy came and explained what happened and that we would be refunded in 3 days. Then we finally checked in and the hotel is out of date. We went to our room the toilet isn't secured to the floor and rocks and moves. The rooms are out of date and smell. Just not up to par as others in the same area. The next morning we went to the breakfast that we paid extra for on Expedia and had 2 adults 2 children on Expedia to find out it was only for 2 guests. Why would we eat breakfast without our kids? So the cashier called front desk and she told her to have us stop by on our way out. So we went back to our room to collect our things to check out and I guess front desk decided our key so we couldn't get back in. We called down on cell phone and was told we had to go all the way down to front desk for new key. Then they asked me for id which isn't cked in my room. And instead of going back with me gave me a key that still didn't open the door. So I called back and after waiting by the door 20 minutes for someone to come went back to front desk again to tell her key isn't working still... She says oh I added another day should work now. Not worth the hassles
