High daily resort fee that doesn’t seem to cover any amenities other than a shuttle to the parks, which are so close it was cheaper to Uber. It doesn’t even cover the coffee available in the lobby… I was told the room I prepared for wasn’t available upon arrival (after 4pm). When I declined a worse room, instead of offering me a better room I was made to wait close to an hour for them to clean an appropriate room. The man at the desk acted mostly annoyed at having to prepare the room that I, again, had prepared for and made no attempt to compensate me for the time or bother of being sat and ignored in the lobby for so long. The shower was not particularly clean, there was a stain on one of the towels, the body wash was so watered down it was just soapy water with flecks of crusty bits of body wash in it, and the power receptacles for both bedside tables were too loose inside to make proper contact with a standard Apple phone charger, so they were unusable. When I asked to have some of these issues addressed, the desk staff were very amenable, but the issues were then never addressed. Would not recommend. There are better options in the vicinity.

When we arrived we were assigned a room number and given a key. We opened the door to the room and it was already occupied with someone’s luggage (thankfully they were gone). Went back to the counter and they were shocked and assigned us a new room. Hotel and room is very humid and muggy. Everything felt damp. Inside the room the desk chair was peeling so bad there was barely anything left on it. The shower or toilet was leaking, there was a pool of water every time we used it. And when you close the curtains it covers the air vent so all the air blows behind the curtain and not into the room. So thankful we were only staying for one night.
