I liked had shuttle and was dog friendly. I didnt like the hour trips for shuttle return. Also syill not received refund for parking or for incidentals. We did 2 rooms so should have 2 refunds

It was nice but charging for breakfast when you buy a suite is ridiculous ehen most hotels include it with the room. Also had to pay 21 dollars for parking. I wasn't happy with that. The pool had no towels either Im upset i used my points here

The hotel itself is fine, but the check-in experience left a negative first impression. The person at the front desk seemed uninterested in their job — no enthusiasm, no warm welcome, almost like they didn’t want to be there. A friendly and professional check-in sets the tone for a guest’s stay, and unfortunately that was missing here. Hopefully management can address this, because the property deserves better representation at the front desk.

I think the major 2 things that bothered us were the water from the sink was cloudy so we didn't use the water. Also we were unaware of the 19.00 a night for parking(but we booked through a third party). Otherwise it was a nice place.

Bad Expedia Treatment

Customer service wasn't welcoming. I did not like the treatment I felt because I book thru Expedia. I still paid for my stay. I feel like I would never want to be a part of IHG.
