Great place to stay for a day or 2. Hotel was good, not the worst place I’ve ever been. Was not aware of a $19 a day parking fee. Ridiculous in my opinion to rip paying customers off another $19.00.

As soon as we entered the hotel it was apparent how hospitable the staff here is. They welcomed us with a smile answering all our questions and accommodating us so efficiently. The rooms are incredibly clean and quiet. The area is perfect for walking, shopping and in very close proximity to Disney attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone planning a visit to Orlando. You will not be disappointed.

Close to Disney and Sea World, clean and close to shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and facilities were very clean. The breakfast was very tasty. I would recommend to some looking to stay in that area.

There is a $20 fee to park on property, and they do not have breakfast included into your room fee. It is also extra…. Not exactly what I expect for a mid-tier Holiday Inn experience. Rooms were furnished with dated pullout couches that were so poor quality one wrong move would send a spring into your side. Plus side was that there were plenty of outlets in the room and it was located near quality food options. It wasn’t a bad hotel just not the deal you expect you are getting when you book due to the hidden added on fees that are normally included in the room rate at a hotel of this level.

Best hotel for disney I've ever experienced, kyle and Marco were always making sure my stay was one i dont forget, great service making sure i had anything i needed, and the breakfast was outstanding better than any hotel breakfast as well, this was by far my best hotel experience and will not be going anywhere but here every orlando trip i take 10/10 in every field, clean, great service, best tasting breakfast and EVEN COMPLIMENTARY WATER?? amazing. Must go if your planning on going to orlando!!

I have stayed at this location several times and boy bave things changed. They charge $19 plus tax per night for parking but there is nothing secure about where you are parking. Its just a way for them to make money. The two employees at check in seemed miserable and were not friendly.
