We enjoyed our stay. Huge kudos to Codi and Tynecia at the reception desk for their professionalism and amazing customer service. They were the second folks we met (after the valet young man who appeared new). They are a great face to your brand! They were so eager to look up what a walk to the Dr. Philip’s center would be (nice stroll but they were right…. a little warm). They also provided us suggestions for dinner and looked up Latin options because I was looking for that type of cuisine. Another employee had recommended a restaurant and they shared that feedback with us. They just seemed to care and this is so rare. About our room, a little feedback, it’s not a great first impression to find hair in bathroom when you first enter. Great that you provide shower gel, shampoo and conditioner from an eco friendly perspective. Just a little more attention to detail to ensure they are full? Conditioner was not. Your brand is about that attention to detail so this was surprising. Lastly, the bed linen did not smell fresh/clean. I pulled covers near my face to sleep and was not nice. Overall though we rested well and the location is great. We’d stay here again.

I don't like the property has valet parking. Very crowded and long lines to wait. And on top of that 35 dollars for overnight parking. I had to interact with staff a couple of times. So far so good except a young lady from night shift very rude attitude.

Great location to downtown, walkable to lake Eola. Staff was very friendly, and the property was clean -and the room was spacious. The only thing is we had some miscommunications. One night we requested extra pillows and were brought pillows without pillow cases, the next day we requested maid service to get fresh towels&take out trash, and they came but just left fresh towels on the counter and did not take the ones we wanted to get rid of, they were just left in the middle of the floor ? We were told maid service was until 4pm.
