This is a nice property and the room was very clean, Unfortunately we arrived late in the evening exhausted... we were so excited when she said our room was all ready waiting for us! We get to our room and both bathroom lights were burned out. Since the bathroom was clean and stocked the cleaners must have known as it was so dark in there. Also, the TV was glitchy. Nothing wrong with the cable, it was just the TV, which no one may have complained about previously. Really mad about the bathroom as those lights have to be turned on to clean so it was just laziness on the cleaners part.

The only issue was that I was located in a pet friendly room on first floor and I hate dogs smell. I asked for a change and they don’t help me with my request. My reservation was made 2 weeks ago ( enough time to assign you a normal room ) so they have to be clear asking with what kind of room is the one that you want if you are NOT A DOG LOVER.

Don't hesitate to book this hotel. Everything good here. Large rooms, kitchenette, comfortable beds, fabulous breakfast, excellent location, wonderful staff. Walking distance to shopping, and lots of restaurants. What's not to like?

Location is very quiet and convenient. Check in/out process was very seamless. Great breakfast selection! Transportation facilities to and from parks were easily accessible. The staff in general couldn’t have been more helpful with information. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return in the future.

The hotel is located in a very nice area. Surroundings by lots of restaurants and an outlet mall. Every tourist attraction is within minutes. We tried checking in early after a 16 hour drive but front desk staff said there was no rooms available, which is a bit odd because we did book our reservations. We had to wait 2-3 hours after numerous phone calls to see if our room was ready. The room has nice decor and is well maintained. The bathroom on the other hand aside from the nice updates there was mold on the ceiling and on the shower doors. Once you turn on the water you get a strong nasty smell , which might be from their plumbing system (that’s just my guess). Breakfast was okay nothing too fancy. I liked this hotel because they didn’t charge for parking but they updated it and they charged for $12 per day.

The hotel is in a great location. It's walking distance to the outlets and it has a few eating options around the premises. The issue i had with the stay was with house keeping they only emptied the garbage. The room was not cleaned for our entire stay, where a piece of paper was dropped on the floor upon our return to the room it remained there. The towels and bed sheets were not changed. Nor was there replacement of bodywash and tissue.
