Property is nice enough if you are going to be at Disney all day anyway. Long term residents above us had a barking dog, but was pretty quiet during sleeping hours. "Complimentary" shuttle has limited seats and not very convenient for arrival and departure times. Buffet is ok, so many people let their kids play in the food, people use their hads to pick up food instead of using provided tongs. Staff was nice, always willing to give me more towels, no matter how late. What I felt cheated by is parking. No where does it say parking is $20 per day. Not on my reservation, the lady didnt mention it at check in. She said there was a $125 deposit, because I paid for my hotel in full already. Upon checkout, I asked for a receipt. She said she couldn't prinit it, her system wasnt wirking, so she would email it. When the email came to me over an hour later we were already at the airport checking in for our flight. I will call to protest this charge, then dispute with my bank.

The washing machines had mold and mildew and debris in the rubber seal part of the washers. Not well kept at all. Quite disgusting and very unsanitary. You can smell the mildew in the Machines.

Great location and shuttle to Disney World. Restaurants and shopping nearby plus hotel had great included breakfast and a bar that was nice for the evenings. Spacious room and could warm up leftovers with a dining table to eat them. Would stay again!

Everything was amazing. The building is beautiful and new. Staff was great. Very convenient to have a Target and options for dining walkable. Close to the parks. Transfer was a plus. Definitely recommend..

This was my second stay with the property; the first time being an excellent experience, but my most recent visit did not meet expectations. The breakfast experience was hectic and there was not enough food in rotation, causing long lines for food items. The hot cakes in my previous visit were prepared by a staff member and this facilitated more efficiency. However, the main contributor to the low score was an issue concerning the cleanliness of the hotel room; it was evident that the room was not thoroughly serviced between tenants as there was a personal article of sexual origins left in the night stand. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they advised me that they will service the room entirely, but upon returning from my day out the room was not serviced, with only the personal article removed from the night stand... by this point, I was not fully confident that the area was properly sanitized being that the room was not serviced as promised. The front desk did waive the parking fees, but in a situation of this magnitude concerning a possible biohazard, more urgency would have been preferable for both me, the customer, and the hotel as the entity providing a safe space for its tenants.

Our least favorite of the hotels in the Flamingo Crossing area. We’ve stayed at most of them now. This one disappointed us with the hard mattress, low water pressure in shower and less than exciting breakfast. There are much better options right next door, but we had never stayed and the price was better at the time. However, give Homes 2 Suites and Springill Suites a try if you are traveling here

Very nice Hotel, good luck with the shuttle

The hotel is well kept and very nice. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. The location is a nice area and within walking distance of a few restaurants and a couple stores. It is also located fairly close to Disneyworld. The pool and slide are the best! One thing they were not clear about when I called was their shuttle service. It is provided by a 3rd party. It provides service to about 4 hotels and has only 50 seats. Chance of getting seats are slim. We ended up arranging for Lift to take us where we needed to go, but the shuttle was why we chose to stay there. The night we arrived was the first I heard how it really works.Other than that, it was a nice place to stay. I
