Looks nice on outside not so much on the inside. Reserved room for two queen beds and got two doubles. Sleeper sofa was broken with sign “No open”. So fix it or replace it. Shower curtain thin and crappy. Didn’t cover entire opening so water ended up all over bathroom floor. Toilet is 6 inches away from wall and towels would fall to the back and of course toilet seat swayed back and forth. Asked for more hand towels one evening (no one was covering the desk). Next morning was given fresh towels but only one hand towel (seriously?). Called front desk to ask for refill on body wash dispenser (never got it). Big tear on sheets. Lightbulb above table blinking constantly. Stopper on bathroom sink not fully sealed (water trickled down). Walls in hallway had a small hole and wallpaper was loose and coming up. Door to bathroom was all chipped up (paint it please). All easy fixes to spruce up your hotel and make it comfortable for guests. Worst part, was never asked how we enjoyed our stay. Poor poor business. This is one guest you’ll never see here again.

Check in was made so easy. And Oscar was an absolute rock star and the sweetest man. Especially to my disabled child. Made sure we knew that there was no rush and to let him know what he could help with. The cleaning staff did an amazing job and were so kind. Breakfast was amazing. My kids loved the Mickey waffles. Rooms were super clean. Loved that there was a basketball court. Only two complaints were: the pool was dirty, which was also understandable as we were just coming out of winter months. Also they had a water dispenser out during breakfast. And coffee 24/7. It would have been nice if the water dispenser was out 24/7 as well. And getting texts from Roger through out our stay, making sure everything was good, was a nice touch. Overall an amazing stay and will definitely come back.

This hotel charged me $25 extra per night for parking. I have never experienced any other hotel doing that. Beware of the way they try to scam more money out your stay. The room service is almost non existent unless you go over to the front counter and request it. The bathroom in the hotel room didn't even have an air exhaust for ventilation. Never booking with Hilton again.
