Great place to stay for a two week Disney trip. All the parks are a short Uber away, the breakfast options are easy and convenient! Shame the pool wasn't heated but that was so minor, everything else was perfect.

It was our first stay here and everything, and i mean EVERYTHING was absolutely great, the staff, Oskar was super nice, Gabriel, everyone at the front desk, the kitchen staff, breakfast exceeded our expectations, the cleanliness of the room, 100% would recommend it and definitely will be coming back!

Do not recommend.

During our stay, our room was not stocked and no hot water for the shower. Ended up having to move rooms at midnight with my toddlers in their crib. Then, once we got to the new room, the key handle battery was dead. It was an awful stay. Nothing updated. Nothing fixed. Will never stay here again. Also… was not happy paying $30 extra A NIGHT for parking.

The breakfast included was OK but convenient and appreciated. The staff was courteous and accommodating. My room however had a few things that didn’t work such as the TV and both phones. I didn’t request to have those items fixed because I wasn’t planning on staying too much time in the room anyways although I did inform the staff of what wasn’t working. The hotel itself does need some TLC. The wallpaper was coming off in the hallway on certain floors. I used the hot tub almost everyday and it wasn’t until my 4th day there that I felt the water was actually clear. Apart from that my 7 day stay was good.

It was okay but probably would not return. Firstly, the hot water was broken for 2-3 days of our stay with different answers of solution timing given. There were also issues ie phones in room not working, accessible door closest to our room from the parking lot broken, and our fire alarm batteries going dead and needing to be fixed around 11pm.

I was a littlw disappointed in the property. The room was not kept very nice. When we checked in, we got two rooms. The air conditioner was loud, the lights didnt work and the phones did not work. No towels by the pool. The guest laundry had 4 washers and only two were working. I stay at Hiltons all the time but was disappointed in this one..

The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day and as requested. The staff was awesome...very friendly. The breakfast selection was good too. Coffee was available 24 hrs. They do charge for daily parking though which we did not know ahead of time. The pool was nice but it's not heated so the water was cold in late April. Hot tub was great. Great location though and definitely felt safe which is important for my family.

No safe in the rooms. The rooms were not as clean as expected, the hallways have no A/C. The staff was very friendly and they try to be helpful, but unable to help with limited resources. The breakfast was great, and my sons enjoyed the basketball court and pool.

Good location. Very helpful staff. Our room was a bit worn down and tired. The bathroom floor tiles were loose, the shower handle and toilet flush handle needed to be adjusted. Charged for parking. Free breakfast was a bonus.

We checked in and the bed smells pee. They didn’t changed the sheets, didn’t replenish the toiletries especially the soaps, towels are not clean and so old and dark. The dishwasher clogged and is not hooked. We have to call reception multiple times to get clean towels and sheets.

Was shocked to see that we had to pay $175 for parking for our 5 night stay. We also had no hot water, none, luke warm at best. The area was nice, pool was small and not a lot of chairs, they did offer complimentary breakfast but we did not have it, seemed popular since it did always seem busy. Probably would never stay again due to the fact of having to pay to park.
