We enjoyed our time this stay! I wish parking was free, it was way too expensive on top of everything else we pay for. Not all hotels are like this in the area - we actually parked at another a hotel down the road for free. It was very warm inside the hotel lobby and hallways, but of course the rooms were great and you can obviously control your own temperature. We had an odd exchange with the Concierge - he wasn't very friendly, but booking the shuttle was very easy! I feel like they also need to offer more times to go and come back from the parks. Leaving the park, the earliest pickup time is 5:20pm - there should be one around 2/3pm as well, in my opinion. Front desk staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was wonderful!

We enjoyed the continental breakfast. The pool area was perfect for oir needs. Work out room was clean . Hotel had shuttle service to the park. Staff was accommodating.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Definitely appreciated the proximity to Universal and also shopping strips as well. Emilly was a server during breakfast and she was amazing. She was very friendly with us and got to know it was my birthday and she broight me a a slice of cake with a candle. A very simple and thoughtful gesture. I also had asked for the air filters to the room changed and it was handled immediately.

Nice spacious hotel

It was a nice quiet hotel even though there were a lot of guests. The rooms were spacious and included a small kitchen area, living room, 2 televisions, beds and a bathroom. Great size for family. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was so close to everything. The shuttle service back and forth to Hotel and Universal was convenient. Would stay here again.

Staff very nice. Emilly was great. She helped us too much and she was very nice. The hotel is on front Universal and Outlets. I will use again. We were five persons. I would like no charge the parking, at least for one car.
