The pictures on the website does not match the actual facility. My family and i were uncomfortable. The restroom had hair from previous users, we found two roaches by the tv. The beds are worn out.

For the money we paid it was ok as a cheap stay before a cruise. It was actually better than anticipated after all the bad reviews. Tap in tub had a steady stream of water all night long. Such a waste of water. Having said that it was decent value for an inexpensive hotel

Our flight from NY got delayed and when we called the hotel and requested a late checkout (we have not arrived at the hotel, true to the time of writing this message), we were told quite rudely it was not possible and several times that checkout is at 11am. We feel it is only fail to accommodate a late checkout since we will have spent merely less tha 10 hours at the hotel given our delayed flight.

The room was not clean it had blood stain sheets

I came in late and the sheet had blood stains and wet spot the room was not clean I have picture when we check in and and we had to get a blanket we had in our car because the bed cover had blood stain the room blankets where dirty like it was not change I have the picture and will like to know how can I get refund because we came in late at night and check out about 4 am and we did not even sleep in those dirty sheets I never stay in a la quita hotel so dirty like this one the tub with hair and dirty this room was so dirty we stay just for those hours and been tracing since then and I have not had time to give a complaint but I would like to get a call back so I can show the pictures

Spot on the sheets the room have never got those blanket change they are dirty

Carpet is worn. TV remote does not work on volume and front desk said can no do anything. There are guests here that have car radio blasting music very loud ..... The last time i stated about 10 days ago room was better .. this time it is one of worst experiences i have had.

My room was not properly cleaned or maintained at all. I found a bottle cap near the bed. Almost every common used surface has visible smudges or dust, I.e. TV remote, light switches, etc. There was dust or dirt in every corner. Lastly, the bathroom was really old and had low budget repairs done to the tub which also seemed somewhat unclean. I gave a star only because the towels and sheets on the bed seemed clean (although old) and the hotel and housekeeping staff were approachable. I would be afraid to touch anything here. Thank God I brought Clorox wipes.

DONT STAY HERE

The place was filthy. The door to the room looked like it had been banged in. The whole room was disgusting. Everything looked like it was falling apart. It was just my daughter and I and the receptionist asked us if it was just us 2 and they put us in the worse area in the hotel. It was a horrible stay. Never staying here again or in any La Quintas for that matter.
