The room was clean. The staff that we met were really nice. I don't remember the name of the young gentlemen that served us at the front but he was slim and well groomed. His customer service was AMAZINGLY EXCELLENT! He was indeed a professional all around. His tone his advisory about the service of La Quinta and also he advised that there would be a smoking charge if there was and smoking in the room. We were advised where we could smoke.

Room was dirty no frig and no microwave Also the hotel person gave someone the wrong key and they broke into our room at midnight. Thank God I had that metal piece over the door but they left the room open when the hotel called them bad are very skechy

The room was very dated. Bathroom had a tub which is difficult to get in and out safely. The shower dripped the entire nught and the wall plug did not work. Little things but I feel needs attention.

This room was terrible not fully cleaned with pieces of hair in the tub. The elevator was not working and the fixtures in the sink and shower were hanging in for dear life. The toilet half flushes. Wyndham should be ashamed to attach their name to this property.

The La quinta hotel chain is a franchise so there are different owners which is very apparent at this property. The photos on Hotels.com look amazing which is why I booked. The property is rundown to the point that Wyndham Hotels, who own La Quinta Inns, should fire this owner. Paint peeling in the room, Stains, the shower mat was so stained I did not. take a shower and I can't imagine when the carpets were last cleaned. I checked in at midnight or I would have found a different hotel even if I lost all the money for this reservation. This hotel brings down the brand of La Quinta Inns. It is so hard for me to believe that in reviews people gave the hotel a high mark. No shuttle which is crazy for an airport hotel. La Quinta Inn North has a shuttle. It is clear that this owner does not take any pride in his property and he is just about taking guests $. With that said the staff was very nice.

Habitación descuidada sábanas y cortinas manchadas y sucias el baño el agua no deja de caer aún esté cerrado seguía el agua votando, el desayuno todo los días es lo mismo deben mejorar el desayuno y ampliar más el área todos mundo juntos muy pegado y muy estrecho para la gente no se puede ni caminar yo en lo personal no volveré a ese hotel
