My toilet over flowed all over the place and it took them 40 minutes to come clean it up. We had a cheer competition we were getting ready for and it was impossible to get ready with no bathroom and water all over the floor. The wall are super thin we heard everything and someone above us was running back and forth all night long. Could not sleep. The Fabulosa cleaning products were so over powering it gave me a bad headache they use way too much.

The room was fine except that the bathroom had no towel hooks or towel bars whatsoever. This was very inconvenient. Also breakfast was mediocre except one day when they were out of several items and that was at the beginning of the breakfast service

Clean room, clean lobby and breakfast area. Pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff, close to restaurants and Universal Studios. We chose to drive to US instead of taking the shuttle, but the driver made a clear announcement prior to leaving for the Park. Would stay there again.
