The staff was friendly! Rooms were clean. However the breakfast was not what I expected, and the coffee was bad. I left sick with my stomach, I vomited and my stomach was sick as I left the hotel. I am still settling but thank god home now!

It was close to universal studios where we were headed. They said they had a free shuttle to Universal studios. They did BUT it dropped you off arpund 8:15 and picked you up at 5. The parks close at 9pm yet the shuttle only picks you up at 5. That is ridiculous!

The beds were super hard and uncomfortable and the pillows as well Cleaning every 2 days we never had the cleaning and breakfast was very limited in what was offered. We ended up earing out.only option for bagel was raisins and im allergic. Waflle line was super long so coffee and banana it was.

Excellent Hotel

Great location, great service. Very well maintained property. The room was vrry clean. The beds are comfortable. Even though the hotel is located next to the turnpike, the rooms are very quiet. Love this property.

The hotel claimed to have free shuttles to theme parks but it was only one to universal studios departure time 8 am which is too early as the park does not open any time before 9-10 in the morning The place was old overall and with very limited breakfast option.

The tv would barely work from the laggy wifi. We had to put down a $100 cash deposit and didn’t get it back till our room was inspected during the check out process. Staff was kind and the building was clean enough.
