The room wasn’t the cleanest (my allergies were terrible from the dust), the water pressure was weak and the beds were too firm. We didn’t sleep well. It’s an affordable place to stay close to Universal, the breakfast was decent and the staff was very nice but we wouldn’t stay here again.

First room we were put in was right next to the elevator. Sounded like a screaching freight train every time the elevator moved, which was every 20-30 seconds. Requested to be moved which we were. Rooms were not very clean, dirty blood stained sheets, floor was filthy, bathroom fixtures loose.

The bathroom had absolutely no towel bars or hooks to hang anything on. The breakfast area was poorly organized, the food was located in a closet-sized area, with a poor flow. It could easily be set up in a more user-friendly way.

Breakfast attendants and one night auditor (lady with glasses and dark straight hair) were amazing and very professional. The rest of the FD staff seemed irritated and overwhelmed. We receive one day hskp service and they did the bare minimum, we had to ask for TP and tissues as they were never replenished. Rushed service
