DON’T STAY HERE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY

The first room had been broken into recently and the frame was warped, preventing it from shutting correctly. The second room they offered had a similar issue with the sort, but it was more secure. The telephone in the room was broken, the light in the bathroom didn’t work, the room had a weird smell, we found trash under one of the beds, and the carpeting was bald or had holes in several spots.

Worst hotel in Orlando beware

This hotel has to be the worse hotel in Orlando. The rooms look old and neglected nasty. The front desk personal focus on socializing neglect the front desk you have to yell out for service. They set me up in a room already occupied by another guess unacceptable. Stay away from that hotel.

Property was terribly maintained. Disgusting mildew smell in the rooms. Stained and dirty carpet. Bathroom wasn't clean and the included brrakfast was not good. Only positive from the experience was the staff was very friendly.

The room we were given had a strong smell of cigarettes with a leaking roof. The property seemed to have little to no maintenance with very little care given into the rooms with stains throughout the carpet with the bathroom lock not even working

Don't have a phone in room, more than half the rooms broken or worse and mine room moldy and with leaks all over the bathroom roof and wet rugs. The air wasn't working too well and the furniture was beaten preety bad.

As 2 females traveling alone he sent us in the dark to walk ALL THE WAY to the back of this outdoor motel style property. He did NOT reserve the shuttle for us even tho we told him we wanted to ride it and he told us what time. He never said the words “do you want me to reserve it” or mention that a reservation was necessary. Our toilet was clogged and the sink was very slow to drain after washing hands. There was a piece of chocolate on the floor by the mirror meaning it probably wasn’t cleaned THOROUGHLY

It was a complete lie from what was written on your site, and i am very desapointed of hotel.ca because you allow hotels to lie to us. I have been reserving with you for a long time at least 15 years, but this was my last. I have been fooled twice during that vacation. The hotel was representing themself as a resort and charging resort fees but there was nothing, the minigolf was destroyed by time, the bar at the swimming pool looked like a haunted wooden house and was not in service. The outside patio of the restaurant facing the lake had no chair or table and there was black mold in my room and so on. I think the pictures of the hotel were 30 years old. Please compare the photos with the one on your site.

The breakfast is not correctly listed as its ONLY continental. The rooms are old, smell of mold in alot of rooms. The doors dont close properly and are not secure. The space needs updating and renovating. The hotel staff however makes the space tolerable. But I would not stay here again. The location is perfect. I had to switch rooms 3x. With kids and luggage its not ideal.

DO NOT stay at this property. It is old, which I actually adore. Quaint, and it in it's prime probably an incredible stay. But our room was so nasty! I wiped the bathroom door with a washcloth and the fingerprints were disgusting. There was chewing tobacco on the floors (not from us), the comforter was stained, and the stench from the fridge! We checked in late so felt stuck for the night, but checked out early the following day.

You definitely get what you pay for here. My biggest and main concern for all who stay is the mold. As a healthcare worker, this is NOT good for anyone to be breathing in. We literally could see the black mold all around the half broken ac unit.. which turned on and off all night on its own. As a light sleeper, this was a bit inconvenient. As optimistic as I am about everything in life, I hate to speak any bad but I can’t lie about anything either. I have stayed in some not so good places before but this is the first time I have ever actually seen mold in a room and the first time I have ever felt unsafe. We all felt unsafe and that’s not a good thing. With that being said, I truly believe that the staff are good and clean well but when a place is SO out dated and in such bad condition, as a housekeeper, it’s super hard to “clean” to people’s expectations. I say this since I worked as a receptionist and housekeeper in a hotel many years ago. I think people get cleanliness and outdated mixed up. This place was clean but it’s in such a bad state that all you see is the out dated, broken everything and just bad conditioned room that over powers the “cleanliness” of the room. It’s not the staffs fault as I think they provided good service… I blame the owners of this resort for the horrible condition these rooms are in. I will not ever stay here as I am sure the two days of breathing in mold did some damage to my brain…I encourage all to go elsewhere for their health and safety.
