The pictures online are far from what this place actually is. Blood stains on the carpet, bathroom light was flickering like a horror movie, dirt and dust accumulated from years of not cleaning properly. Switched my room to a different one and it was infested with roaches lol. I just left and bought a room at Hilton. Don’t let the price entice you. Spend a little more on a hotel that cares enough to clean and doesn’t advertise as a nice place to stay while actually looking like a crackhouse.

Place is absolutely terrible. Front door looks like it was broken into, the smoke detector was on the counter with no batteries, and there was a hole in the wall. Property does not look like what is pictured on the listing. DO NOT BOOK

This hotel is absolutely unacceptable for any guest. The phone had all of the keys and mechanisms ripped out of it. The curtains were shredded. The fire alarm appeared to have been ripped off the wall, along with whatever else was attached that left some kind of plastic piece behind. Maybe it was a thermostat? From the advertisement, it looked like there should be a hairdryer and coffee maker in the room, but there were none. There was not even a box of Kleenex or a trashcan anywhere to be found. There were mold stains all around the base of the shower and the refrigerator in the cabinet. This did not surprise me because the shower curtain would not stay on the curved rod, and all of the water was pouring out as we were trying to use the shower! We had to mop it up with our towels once we were done with them. The air was turned off completely when we arrived, so everything was damp because it’s 100% humidity and 99 degree heat in the middle of summer right now. The light switch for the room didn’t even turn on a lamp. Fortunately, the one lamp in the room was plugged in and had a bulb that worked. There was shampoo, surprisingly, but no other hygiene items besides a wrapped bar of soap. I tried three times to contact the front office with the phone number online, and it just kept going in circles to the same voicemail. Even the number was not attached to the name of the hotel. When I called it, it says “Blue Water Balloons.”

While the concierge was lovely I do not recommend this place for their inattention to cleanliness and safety. I went through two rooms before deciding to go somewhere else due to the consistency of lack of care for customer safety

They had to switch my room 2x due to the conditions of it. One room had molded cat food in the ac, was filthy and had mold growing everywhere. Finally the 3rd time they sent staff to make sure it was clean enough for me and my son. They did not have breakfast for the 3 days we were there, said the “tuck” never arrived. The playground was broken and unsafe for children. RUN RUN RUN DO NOT STAY HERE! I was told by an employee at Cracker Barrel (we had to go out for breakfast) that this hotel is the one homeless people stay at… that there should say it all!

The room was completely filthy, shower and tub were not cleaned. Towels smelled as if they had been sitting in the washer for days and thrown in the dryer. Stains all over the carpet. It says no smoking but you can tell people smoke by the horrible smell. Tv did not work or even turn on, the phone in the room which I would have used only in an emergency was completely broken. Pool was not cleaned so I didn’t allow my child to swim. Pictures online show an older resort which I was okay with, being outdated is one thing but being filthy is another. There are a ton of rooms vacant with broken locks and windows. The whole place was very sketch and felt as if it had been used in a horror movie.

Facilities need a lot cleanness and more attractive facilities to minors get fun because it’s touristic area. Also the pool is really ugly condition. Window of property are really dirty. This place has seen better days! The pool was the best thing about it. There was trash all around; my husband complained to one worker and some of it was picked up. No one at the front desk knew where the ice machines were. The cold continental breakfast was toast, cereal, yogurt and coffee! AND you had to check in with your room #! Right outside of the pool gate, was a broken, jagged light. We told the front desk about it and a woman walking around with a clip board. We were there 4 days and never saw it fixed! I would also like to know how Hotels.com can charge a resort fee and then when you check-in they tell you there is another resort fee! We ended up paying another $125 above what Hotels.com told us. We cannot recommend this dump to anyone!
