The staff the evening we checked in were so nice and helpful really made our stay great . The amenities are nice but the beds definitely need upgrading the mattresses are too old and no one had a good night sleep but very clean rooms so really too bad

Our room needs updating, it’s clean but it’s old. I don’t have a side table on my side they put the cabinet for the pillows and bed sheet beside the bed instead. I could not charge my phone and use my sleep machine because there’s no place to put it.

We had No cleaning for our 12 Days stay. We washed towels ourselves. Coffee maker should be updated. The noise we had from a room below us should be eliminated - probably noisy aircon with worn bearings.
