Hotel was unable to honor a refund for a booking mistake. Ended up paying double. Extra charges at check weren’t communicated upon booking. Kids were running around knocking on doors at night and you can hear everything outside especially on the ground floor. Only positive was the hotel was decently clean.

Stayed last month alerted hotel of nails and screws in driveway due to renodeling . and now still collected nails and screws. New management seems tough and uncaring . their is a resort fee that is not listed .suprise.

They don’t tell you there is a 100$ security deposit, the bathroom had a tile coming up that had mold under it, the shower curtain isn’t long enough and gets water everywhere, they didn’t come to change our trash or clean our room once, they don’t tell you there doing renovations so over half the parking lot was blocked off, the room smelled like mold and horrible, they did nothing to try to work with us. Honestly if I could rate this negative I would.

Not to mention they gave my room to someone else with the same name and had me stand there waiting for a room as they resolved something that wasn’t my problem.
