For one the pictures are decieving. Two our TV did not work and the front staff did nothing about the issue- I had to connect the TV to my personal hot spot from my cell. Three as I was getting ready for the day, the house keeper guy knocked on door, as I went to open the door he already opened it to come in!!!

The hotel is nice and the location is good. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the shuttle back to the hotel from Universal only came back at 8:20. The park didn’t close until 9, so we decided to walk back. It wasn’t a bad walk (only about 25 minutes). If you aren’t able to walk that far, you will need to get a ride share back to the hotel. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was good.

Check in area was clean. Once we got in room there was a musty smell and room needed additional cleaning. Lights started to flicker on & off and TV went off. This happened 3 times. . When to bathroom and floor was wet, saw ceiling was leaking around light fixture. Talked to manager who was very nice and understanding. He processed a refund.

Room had bad odor, lights flickered on & off. Travel companions in next room had same issues as well as a water leak from the light fixture in the bathroom. We requested a refund. The manager was very gracious & processed us out with no issues.
