Staff did not answer the phone. A key to our room was given to another customer who proceeded to attempt entrance. The toilet was low enough for a child. We had to change rooms because the TV wasn't working. We deserve a refund

Rooms were dirty dressers were broken when asked for conjoining rooms, they were not provided through some trouble and through some speaking with the members of staff we were finally provided the rooms as requested per booking

The place was dirty. The sheets on one bed were wrinkled and dirty. Blood stain on one. Smelled like mildew. We didn't even stay one night! Turn around and left to find another hotel!

Good service, bad room.

It was quiet on property. Service at front desk was great. The room however was terrible. The mattresses should be replaced. I could feel the springs and they made so much noise when tossing and turning all night. There was rust on all the metal. There was mold on the lamp shades. And spots on the wall i could not figure out. The ceiling was separated from the walls. (See pics).

This hotel was great for a spring vacation with my 2 kids. They offer shuttle service to the parks which will save you $40 a day on parking fees. The breakfast is the same every morning, but there are many choices. The staff were very accommodating and always had a smile. Affordable, comfortable rooms, clean, and close.

The pictures online were definitely not of our room, another couple stopped us as we were unloading our things and asked if the pictures matched our room because they definitely didn't match theirs.

Upon arrival front desk was not very friendly and property was not well taken care of. Took photos of room when entering, more on the run down side with broken furniture, blood stained sheets, thick dust and mold in air vents and water all over the floor in the bathroom. Went to Walgreens on the next block to purchase Lysol spray at spray sheets, pillows and air conditioning unit because all smelled of mold and mildew.

The hotel was older and run down. The room needed a good cleaning. Sheets and bedding were stained with holes, the phone and the bed lights were filthy! The door locks barely worked. Would never recommend or stay again.

Don't book this hotel just based on the free shuttle. It is a contracted service and it is very unreliable. However, the staff is very helpful, Frank especially. He's always cleaning or helping out with the breakfast service. He even brought me an extension cord for my laptop (the desk had no outlets.) My room was clean, small musty smell in the bathroom but that was probably because there was no bathroom vent. Very convenient microwave and mini fridge in the room. I would book this hotel again.
