My daughter and I went on vacation and spent the last two days of our week there and was so disappointed. It literally ruined the last part of our trip. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, the place is old, decent literally only on what the pictures show. The water in the shower smelled like sewage. The rooms are old and dirty we didn’t even sleep inside the covers because we were so disgusted. We went to have breakfast one morning and left right away, the place was crowded, dirty plates everywhere, people fighting for seats. We felt extremely unsafe. It made our last days in Florida a horrible time. Really regret leaving our Marriott to go to this place. Avoid it, there are many places with this rate much better and safer than here.

We had an incredible time. The hotel is beautiful with plenty of things to do. Breakfast has a good selection of things. Front desk staff always friendly. My only suggestion for the hotel is to let guests know they need to request room cleaning, as we spent more than a week there and only had one cleaning of the room upon request, and it was scheduled for the following day. Although not from the hotel, we did have an unpleasant experience with the agent selling the park tickets, but this is not in any way a resemblance of the hotel staff.

The room we got was a conjoined room so we often heard the guests next door. It was also an older room that hadn’t been renovated yet. The bathroom had a very mildewy smell. We were out most of the day and just used it for sleep, didn’t access the pool but it looked great. Breakfast - we wish there were gluten free options // more allergy friendly precautions, etc.
