It was not what I had expected but everything was nice and we enjoyed the pool. Make sure you are aware no elevator is available for that 4th floor climb.

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would. We had a 1 night stay and it was amazing. The hotel is very nice, clean. Very modern and up to date. Rooms are very big and nice. I was genuinely surprised how nice this hotel was. They serve breakfast, the staff is very nice. Parking is very easy. I would 100% stay here next time I’m in Orlando again.

It is super clean and very worth it for the price. Parking is very close to the rooms which is a nice plus. Free coffee/hot chocolate is awesome!!!

Basically, we like everything. Marcella at the front desk is just awesome. The room is clean and in good condition. I was, however, taken aback by the 'damage deposit'. I've stayed at many properties in many places and I've never had to pay a deposit. It seems rather petty, since they already have my credit card number. I'm sort of beyond the age to pull a Keith Moon.

Staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room was as pictured and comfortable.The only aspect I would work on is the sound proofing of the room given the rooms open onto an open air walkway. Noise from loud passerbys can be bothersome. But generally its a quiet and comfortable space.

When I couldn't find the hotel, there was no one at the front desk to answer the phone for the first night. Same problem the second night when I would not again find the hotel. I was based at a location in Disney World. Thank you, Dr. William N. Carr
