This place is horrible! Everything is dirty, we ask for refund and they don’t give us, we cancel and move to another location.

We entered the first room and the musty smell was very strong, so they moved us to a room with lots of cockroaches and a lot of dirt, then for the third time, we asked to move, then there were few cockroaches, we had only killed about 20 so far and the carpet smelled a lot and was very wet! So unfortunately we had to buy a room at another hotel and leave, because we no longer had the energy to ask to move!

After checking in to the room we noticed dead bugs everywhere and a huge hole in the wall next to the bed. There were a lot of drug heads out side. We had already paid so we decided to switch rooms. It was worse. There were more bugs and the toilet didn't work. It should be called the rat and roach Inn

The grounds of the property is clean..There was bags of trash outside on the grass..Old bicycle and scooters that don't work..the pool was non existent..The water in the pool looked like it was the from the hotel was built .The room was not clean there was debris under the bed, mold in the ceiling of the room.. It was a non smoking room that smelt like smoke..There was arguing among the people that live in the hotel..I called down to the front desk but no one answered..this argument between a couple was happening every night..There is no phone in the room and no amenities..The microwave was dirty and missing the glass plate the fridge had no racks..They had no soap on the vanity when u checked in and only one bath towel on the wrack in the bathroom..There were baby roaches around..I complained to the front desk and they could hardly care or be moved by what I was saying..I asked for an additional towel when I checked In they told me to wait ten minutes and it never came .I don't recommend..I have written Wyndham hotels and have yet to get a response. Awful experience..The only thing that was up to date in that room was the LG TV on the wall..

I had an unpleasant experience. From the moment we checked in, there was vomit in the lobby and the smell was horrible. When we went to the room, it smelled damp and smoke, and the bed sheets were dirty.

This property is not as advertised. It needs a complete renovation and the property needs a huge over haul. Grass and weeds were over grown and not maintained. Staff was great and helpful at front desk. The rest of the property as far as fiscally was lacking in all aspects of cleanliness. Retroom inside the room was the worst i have ever seen. I didy even want to try and get my money back. We were up front leaving to go to another hotel and the cops were at the front due to another guest trying to get their money back. This was my experience and my not be the norm for everyone.

This hotel is a SCAM. STAY OUT!!!! 0 stars…

What a deception of a hotel! Whatever you do, please please don’t consider this place to stay at all! If you think the front desk has a mold smell, just wait until you arrive to your room. The smell, rugs and walls filthy, broken lock, no thick bed covers and no pillows on the bed and let me not get started with the bathrooms! I head back to the front desk to ask for another room because this room was super unsafe and I have asthmatic family, they were nice enough to change me yes to a worse one! Unbelievable! After a 4 hr drive exhausted I had to search for another hotel. And the worst part NO REFUND!!! Let me add that I’m not a picky person I understand that this was a low price hotel but Motels are way better than this place.

We had three rooms and the First three rooms were 2 of them were dirty and the other room the lights wouldn't come on.. After going back to the lobby I was given three more room where 2 of them had roaches and got into our food. The other room the shower wouldn't go off so it had to run al night.. We had no towels , no toilet paper, no phone to even call the lobby if we needed too.Now the bed I slept in was very comfortable I will not lie but my sister's bed had fleas .. The rooms were smelling of mold and urine . This property gave Wyndam a bad name.I will never return no wonder it's located at the beginning of international Drive and also you guys need to put a real sign up there

The pictures don't really reflect the state of the property. The roofs would drop dry paint pieces into the floor, some beds didn't have sheets or blankets. Breakfast included means coffee and crackers. Curtains won't fully close and in some areas there is a speaker going all night saying that people are being recorded. Questionable towels, hair dryer didn't work.
