The hotel is old and smell like humidity we had to change room but in the night is not easy to sleep if you have allergies. In the bathroom is flyes because the humidity and I saw a roach also. The people is nice but the hotel is not a good hotel also the vreakfast even they try their best is terrible the second day I went to look for my own breakfast. I got very disappointed because hotels.com recommend this hotel as very good or good and the reality is terrible how can I trust after being a client for so long.

Stayed 2 nights with family. Room was a little musty smelling but with air freshener it was manageable.Location was great. 2nd night ants were in the room, bathroom and on the beds staff did change the room with no questions asked.

It was very noisy. We only stayed one night for a competition. We was on the first floor people were banging on the doors, slamming the doors very loud in the hallways.

Bad experience

The front desk staff was friendly, however there were teenagers running all through the hallways, screaming, slamming doors, knocking on other people’s doors. We were on the first floor and I’m sure the front desk could hear them with how loud they were. After hour of it, I called up front and they finally put a stop to it, this was almost 10 pm. They advertise breakfast, but the last apparently called off so the only thing offered was grab and go. They couldn’t figure out how to get the juice machine turned on either.

When I turned into the parking lot, I felt like I was entering a bus depot. The lobby seemed like the waiting room of a bus terminal. The front desk was behind glass like I was buying a bus ticket. No hot food at breakfast. Only waffles and they ran out. Building is old and needs to be renovated. No blankets on the beds, only sheets! Luckily, the room and bathroom were clean and in good standard.

After the kids went to sleep, my husband and i started to shut down lights and tv when the roaches started crawling all over the carpet. My husband spent several hours standing on the chair squishing roaches that had climbed up the walls to the ceiling. If there are roaches, are there also bed bugs and lice?! We had a 6am leave time and those hours spent freaking out that the blankets were infested were horrible. Never. Never again. Getting treatment for our belongings and heads ASAP.

The room was nice and updated. The outside is still older looking. No elevator, Bldg 3 has outdoor stairs and the doors SLAM closed every time!! Very noisy.
