Cockroaches in our room. And room was not swept we were there 4 days. Sand in carpet from beach. They came in put in clean towels, moved sheets around bed because I had bed made when we got back it was unmade. Took out trash but did not sweep sand off carpet or bathroom

Friendly staff and clean room. Only downfalls was that the TV did not work due to the signal which only the cable company would be able to fix and the AC wasn’t that great, however, it was 93 degrees outside that day. There’s a breakfast which we were grateful for. The area that it is in has shopping and many different eateries around. Honestly, we were happy that it was clean and comfortable. We are not picky people like many others. This was just fine for us. It’s a hotel, so obviously it’s been used. Could things be fixed or upgraded? Sure, but if you expect “perfection” then I suggest paying the very high prices for the very best hotels out there and pass on this one. Personally, we were good with this hotel and will stay again. Personal thanks to Gustavo who tried everything to get the TV to work!
