My wife and I recently stayed at Quality Inn & Suites Kissimmee by The Lake, and while the staff and service were excellent — very attentive and kind — unfortunately, our room left a lot to be desired. The moment we entered, there was a strong musty smell, like a mix of humidity and dust, that was very unpleasant. We tried to air it out, but the odor was overwhelming and lingered throughout our stay. Additionally, the toilet clogged very easily, and although we called for help right away, it took about 30 minutes for someone to bring a plunger. It was an uncomfortable situation. We also only had breakfast there once. It was a basic continental breakfast, but within 30 minutes of eating, both my wife and I had to run to the bathroom. We suspect the eggs or something didn’t sit well with us. Overall, we really appreciated the great service from the staff, but the condition of the room and the issues we experienced made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Quality Inn & Suites Kissimmee by The Lake Review During my stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Kissimmee by The Lake, I encountered several issues that impacted my experience: Room Size and Condition The images of the rooms on the booking site were quite misleading. In reality, the rooms were much smaller than depicted. Additionally, the hotel is quite old and not well-maintained, with rooms that were both outdated and not clean. Pricing The price for staying here is significantly overpriced considering the quality and condition of the accommodations. Given the state of the rooms and facilities, the cost does not justify the experience. Cleanliness and Maintenance The hotel is in a state of disrepair and cleanliness is clearly not prioritized. The rooms were dirty and the overall environment lacked proper maintenance, contributing to an unpleasant stay. Hotel Staff and Services On a positive note, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Room service was provided three times a week, which was a plus. Additionally, the hotel offers free coffee throughout the day. Breakfast and Amenities The breakfast options were very limited, with only oranges or apples available as fruit choices. I saw little roaches in the rooms(2), the room for disability had the bed in a position convenient only for one the other person had to have a hard time to get to bed or get off because is against wall, the bathroom needs.a barrier sonthe water dont wet thes rest of the restroom.

Food was good. Room was clean but small. Issues: there was AC water drip outside of every room. Even from first floor, so parking car anywhere near and your car will have water all over. Room service was not default. Even after asking no one came. When I asked for towels on first day they told me to take it from Pool. Pool towels were hand towels, how can someone use it for shower?

Lots of noise of staff on property - vacuuming and working on building in the evening as late as 10pm when we arrived trying to get ready for bed. We also had to walk outside and under shady low visibility areas, with children on a weekend to get to our room which felt unsafe. The noise wouldn't of been such a bother if we could have had the fan on all night but you do not get that option. There is no fan option only temperature control which still does not work well. We are not over weight nor were we dehydrated, yet it was uncomfortable heat.
