Nice hotel, friendly and speedy staff. Breakfast could use a bit of help and the pool was down our entire week there, it made for a beautiful and quiet view but the kids were bummed every time we came past it

Room service was nit good. They did not clean washroom even they did not clean toilet bowl and shovel. They always put 2 towels or 2 small towels. I told every time remind them we are 4 in room. Their pool is not working in whole entire stay.

Staff were very accommodating and nice. Hotel room itself were very clean. Good location. The negatives: Breakfast was not good or appetizing at all. Not a typical breakfast or continental. No bacon or sausage. We didn’t have any bath towels, luckily we brought the kids towels for the pool (which the pool wasn’t even working and was off limits) so we used the beach towels instead.

When we got there we were never told the pool and hot tube were not working that’s y we were planning to stay there also when we asked the laundry room same was not in service and in our room just getting there had no shampoo really disappointed because nothing was in use plus have to pay parking and most things not in service first and last time staying there!
