Property was very well maintained. The only thing I didn’t like was the carpet in the rooms looked dirty and the room had a musty smell to it . Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean just living area needed some upgrades.

Employees very nice & accommodating. We had a few issues 1 of the bedroom remotes weren't working, broken ironing board, coffee maker not working. We called the office & it was quickly resolved. The cleanliness of the condo was at a C level. Definitely needed to be done with more efficiency. We always carry our own cleaners/sprays etc. But cleanliness definitely needs to get a step up. We stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed walking to the near by stores & restaurants. We enjoyed the pool very clean, towels were provided. Wish they had a few swim vest for the kiddos. But it still worked out for our kiddos. We have 5 little ones. They played happily in the kids pool. We always carry a lot of pool toys. So they were fine. We always went to a near by park. (Dr. P Phillips Community Park )That was really cool. Had a really nice big splash pad & a decent park. There was a snow cone vendor out there. We did not go to splash pad or get ice cone. But it was nice they were both available. We would definitely stay here again !!

Pool and size of room. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the curtains I need more privacy. The curtains were sheer and couldn’t pull them all the way to the middle for complete privacy

The unit we stayed at had a smell. I have asthma and bad allergies so this bothered me a lot and caused me to cough tremendously the 2 nights. The smell could’ve been the carpet because it’s old but honestly it was a moldy and chlorine smell combined.

Comfortable hotel - just logistical issues

Hotel room was clean, spacious, looked as advertised. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Exterior was fine. Clean. The color choices on the exterior were a bit questionable - not the most appealing from that standpoint but freshly painted it seems. Paid extra for a 2:00pm checkout. However, they didn't mentioned that despite that the keys always stop working at 11:00AM (which we were never informed) though paying for late checkout at check-in time which caused us delay and logistical challenges. This process is extremely illogical and could potentially lead to an embarrassing situation dependent on the current state of dress if they're locked out of their room unprepared.

Would we stay again, yes!

This a 3 story hotel. I don't recall seeing or being told about an elevator. The rooms were like a rectangle around the main attractions such as the pool, hot tub, arcade room, etc. They provide pool towels which was nice. You can purchase water goggles if you need or bring your own. You're within walking distance of the grocery store, liquor store, and several restaurants. They also have cribs for the babies. My only unpleasant experience was Bill - at check in. He was the character who has a because he needs a check but doesn't care for people. Everyone else we encountered was amazing and loved life in itself.
