This was a truly wonderful stay. We visit Orlando most years, and regularly stay in villas around the Kissimme and Davenport areas. This year, we wanted a base for 9 of us for 3 weeks and it could not have been any better.The house is perfect, comfortable and well equipped, with a perfect pool area that has plenty of shade. The owner was brilliant in terms of communication and we were really grateful for being allowed a bit of extra time to check-out on the day we left.The management company (Javier) were brilliant also. One day, we noticed the pool had gone very green (due to the intense heatwave) but once we reported it, it was resolved and cleaned within hours, so didn’t disrupt our time at all.Also….the location is the best spot we have stayed in, in over 25 years. So close to all the parks and the choice of restaurants along hwy192 within 5 minute drive was fantastic.We will definitely stay here again next time we visit.Thank you to Raul and all the people involved in making this such a brilliant place to stay.

My family loved this house. It was very comfortable with alot to do just in the neighborhood. The owner was very concerned with our stay. He even reached out to me during the week and checked to make sure everything was ok with the house. I will be booking again next year. 5 stars for the house.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as pictured, and the property manager was very responsive to our request to check in slightly early. The neighborhood and proximity to Disney were fantastic. We hope to stay here again next year.

Delightful!

We are a family with an age range from 3 to 88! Everybody had a really great time together at the property. The pool and hot tub were a big hit! We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The property manager was a big help with any questions we had and was very quick in responding. We would certainly stay there again!

The house needs some major updating/painting. The carpet is dirty looking, air vents are dirty around them and the ceiling. Needs new furniture in the living room. Patio and pool area needs a good cleaning, 2 large screens are missing in the screened in area over the pool. Overall the house is decent and worked for us, just not very clean. It is in a nice area and the community pool/waterpark area was nice.

Location of property is great!! Half hour to airport, 15 mins to the parks. The house was large enough to accommodate all 9 of us. I don’t recommend paying extra money to heat the pool as it was having technical difficulties and was not working. However the pool at the welcome center was very comfortable. The house could have been a little cleaner, mold at the vents and dust in obvious places.When we notified the property manager he was very attentive and friendly.

Thanksgiving family trip

The house was very spacious. The thermostat upstairs kept going out. Communication with the house wasn’t the best. I paid for a heated pool and I need a refund for it because it would never stay warm. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and screens were missing in the pool area allowing pest to get in the pool.

Big spacious house

Neighborhood was great, amenities were awesome as well. Only issue is we couldn’t get the hot tub in time. Garbage in last day was rough as there was a lot of left over items and ended up needing two bags and only one fit in the outside bin. Hopefully it was ok.

Everything was clean, sanitized and spacious. Please read the booklet because the instructions because the info online is a bit different. Pool was one of the bigger ones and theres a squirrel that visits every morning. Checking in tajes patience because there is a line but have your info ready to make it an easy process. The gate attendants and mangement office were pleasent. The resort area amenities are ideal especially for the little ones. 10 out of 10.

Our stay was very nice there was a couple of small things. In the master bedroom there was a red spill on the comforter and on the floor, the patio lock to the door was broken and did not lock. When I called Javier he came out and fixed the lock and also took the comforter for cleaning. I would actually stay again.

Property was spacious and good for large families. Downside for the size the amount of supplies left for us was not at all adequate for the occupancy size. We had to buy dish soap, toilet paper and trash bags. Otherwise stay was great!!

Family trip

We had a great time at this property. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and have their own space after three busy days days at Universal Studios. We love the location of the property and the gated community. Our kids loved having their own pool and going for a night swim after a busy day. It took us a little while to get checked in through the security gate as we had to make some calls to the property manager, however, we felt like we were in a very secure and safe location!

Vrbo description is accurate, it’s a great place

House was wonderful, neighborhood very nice. Only problem is you’re only allowed 3 vehicles, which is tough if you have local friends & family that want to come visit. Gate staff were very efficient. We’d definitely stay again if we could live with the 3 car limit.
