Dirty feet noticed when turning on the weak shower

Pros: Continental breakfast was as expected, conveniently located close to the airport, checkin was easy. Comfy bed, lots of space (in room 245). Cons: Dark in the bathroom, weak shower pressure, dirty floors, scuffed doors in hallways, slow elevator.

Great customer service and close to the airport.

I left some things behind and John at the front desk was super helpful. I emailed him a UPS label and he made sure to follow up with me and let me know when it was picked up. Much appreciate the help. The room was also spacious and comfortable.

I needed a hotel near the airport as flying out very early the next morning. Hotel and room were perfect. Breakfast was included which we missed. Large comfortable and clean suite. Just what we needed. Recommend!
