Roaches in the bathroom, don’t clean rooms every day they do every three days, never heard of that. So that means no clean towels and they still require you to to a 100$ deposit for any “damage” worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

The only two concerns I had for the room hotel room was. Not having wash clothes in the room. Also there wasn't a Iron and Ironing board in the room.

More than I expected

Very pleasant experience from beginning the end.Friendly knowledgeable and efficiently run front desk. Room with spacious, clean and more than I expected for the price. Rooms are accessible from the inside and clients seem to be made up of families and tourists.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights, for a short family getaway. Previous reviews were very good so I chose to make reservations. We arrived on a Friday morning about midnight, tired from our flight to find out they over booked and did not have a room with double beds as I had reserved (and paid for). The desk attendant did apologize and offered 2 rooms for the night, but mentioned she had to call a manager, who based on the attendants responses, was not happy about her offering us 2 rooms. After some time we were offered the 2 rooms only for one night then would have to pack all our things to move rooms for the next 2 nights, which was inconvenient considering we had early plans the next morning. We were already exhausted at this point and just wanted to rest so we took the 2 rooms for the night. We get in the rooms to finally settle in for the night to find out there is no hot water. At this point I am extremely annoyed and already made the decision to check out the next day. I did prepay for 3 nights but peace of mind and comfort is priceless so I checked out the next morning. I will be reaching out for some sort of refund.
