An amazing staff very courteous the building is older, but it's on its way. We had one issue with hot water, but the staff was amazing and correcting it super friendly and family orientated at great pricing can't beat it!

Do not stay here

We checked in late on a Friday night close to midnight took showers and slept on hard beds. We had no hot water on Saturday so they let us take showers in a separate room and guaranteed us it would be fixed the next day. It wasn't or the day after so we checked out and they refused to refund us for the days we didn't stay. Monday night through Friday night. House keeping never came either which would have sucked if we had hot water to take showers with. I talked to three different parties with no hot water as well. I have called twice since I left to try and get at least a partial refund once I was told the manager was busy and the other time the manager hung up on me. I was told when I checked out that I had to E-mail management for a refund and did so twice with no response. It's been a week.

When I arrive to the hotel doesn’t have internet … The person just told me you have to wait because doesn’t know when came to fix it … and there was no solution... I had to decide to use my own internet Hot Spot to be able to do the paperwork. And three day of five that o stay doesn’t have Hot water too !

You get why you pay for. The room was filthy. Chair was broken. Trash from last guest in bathroom. Carpet is filthy. This hotel is a flop house. Avoid it!

Won’t recommend

I was supposed to stay for three nights but ended up leaving after the first night due to several issues. The bed was dirty and extremely uncomfortable, the shower didn’t drain properly, and the towels had a strange odor. On top of that, there were people smoking weed outside, which didn’t feel family-friendly or safe. I had to book another hotel at my own expense. Very disappointing experience — definitely not what I expected.
