This house should not have been avail to rent. We rented for 56 nights. The refrig & freezer were missing shelves &drawers-we didn't have space to put our food. Carpets were stained/worst I have ever seen. Curtains stained, puncture holes in the doors, walls, grill leg broken/leaning-would not start. Chaise lounges were in very poor condition/rotted. zero gravity chair in pics was in shambles & left on the side of the home. many lightbulbs were missing throughout the home. there were knife marks in the bathroom drywall--yes actual knife marks-like friday the 13th horror show knife marks.the owner did order refrig door shelves but not drawers, he ordered a grill and we had to assemble it--who brings tools on vacation? this 6bedroom home had 2 cereal bowls, 3 teaspoons, many missing items, the knife block only had 4 knives/missing 11 knives. The smoke detector on 1st floor was missing/wires hanging from the ceiling. floor molding in the bathroom was disgusting and had chew marks from an animal that were painted over it. kitchen ceiling & walls were stained with food that exploded. We contacted the owner on the day we arrived. he replied he handyman was on vacation--the handyman came 3 weeks later!!! We asked to be notified 30 mins prior to his arrival, he just showed up and wanted us to give him a list of issues w/the home--we told he to contact the owner.Golf was to be included in the home per the owner--this was not the case--this was a huge amount !
