Welcome to my cosy and stylish 3 Bedroom home in Regal Palms! I lived here for a year during renos and I really felt at peace there and I hope you do as well!

When you arrive, you will check in (24-Hour reception) and they will get you access to the amenities (yes there is a resort fee).
Renos Jan 2022 featuring new kitchen, bathrooms.

Tropical insects are endemic to our area. We have regular preventative pest control, but it's possible that insects might sneak inside. Please help us keep them out by keeping windows & doors closed and store food appropriately.

While there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby (from pizzerias to espresso shop), you are also a 15 minute drive from major department stores such as Target, Walmart and most shopping. Nice family place to stay at a great price

nice clean place to stay in a private gated community. had all the equipment we needed to make meals. The pool was a short drive away, nice place to hang out for an afternoon. Property fees were 20/day.
