Encontramos cucarachas, gusanos en un cuadro. El piso despegado. El inodoro despegado y sin barras para discapacitados. No telefono con front desk. Todo en mal estado. Es tenebroso. Pense que por ser un Windhan seria diferente. Si necesitan, tengo fotos de todo. Ni el aire funcionaba bien...mruidoso. citados.

The place is absolutely rundown. The young guy working last night was outstanding! He was the only redeeming quality of the entire stay. Very personable, polite, and accommodating. The hotel itself should be condemned. It is filthy.

The hotel is under construction, rooms are old, dirty and are falling apart. You definitely do not get what you see on the pictures which I consider falls advertising. Staff was nice. Even though I booked the hotel for 2 nights and looked at the room before I checked in, I immediately checked out again after I closed thee door to the room. It had a 1 inch gap and after looking more closely at the bathroom I found the shower unacceptable to have anybody stay in the room. It was absolutely disturbing how dirty it was. Would not recommend staying there until it is renovated.

The WiFi was very weak , ac worked well however totlet did not flush well , paying 38.00 for early check in for rooms that was already cleaned and empty was outrageous , but it beats checking in at midnight , hopefully I get my 200 deposit back

The room was filthy - my socks turned black from the dirty floor. The floor felt slimy. I was so uncomfortable - I wish I had brought sandals to not have to walk on the floor. Felt extremely unsafe - when I checked in at the lobby there were cops outside resolving an issue with someone staying there. The room did not have a door stopper! I had to put barriers on the door to be able to sleep. I could hear people walking by the door and smell smoking from outside.

All the gorgeous hotels in the area and then you have this ghetto location. I was seriously considering not staying here when I got there but I decided to give it a chance. The rooms that I saw were all in disrepair. None of the ones I was in had hot water. All of them had rust on the towel racks and other metal ornaments in the room. All of them had chipped paint and the very small doors looked like chunks were taken out. The showers were still dirty and had hair in them from the previous guest. I decided to leave after they could not find a room with hot water nor one that was clean. They have tons of cameras on you and a bunch of signs that say no cell phones or video. A very weird and creepy vibe like they are watching your every move. Super weird cliche signage like No returns. All sales are final. Kind of like the ones you see in run down motels in the movies. The breakfast was empty and there were bugs crawling around the place where the food was. There was a locked fridge and mold on the baskets that held food. Ended up leaving after the first night.
