Found pubic hair on the bed, more than a couple. Reported it to the front desk the same night and then spoke to front desk in person the morning after. Was told they would let the manager know. Received a text the morning after from the manager. Advised him of the issue. Was told they would let the housekeeping manager know. Room, bed specifically, was not ready to be occupied because it wasn't cleaned and inspected properly.

Felt it was a reasonable how we had a $25 parking fee. We had checked in just because we live an hour away. My daughter had gotten overheated at SeaWorld and we just needed to let her cool off and take a shower and just rest for a few hours because she was really motion sick. Couldn’t right in the car and we went to leave and they wanted to charge me $50 Just because I told him I was gonna go ahead and check out we wouldn’t be staying the night I didn’t ask for any refund. I wasn’t booked for another day, but I was just letting them know we were leaving fortunately, they didn’t charge it to me.
