Excellent location for visiting Universal or Disney or sea world. Polite staff. Breakfast is good. They have a play area in the lobby which os always lively with people playing snooker, foosball etc. You have to pay for parking which they should have told at the time of booking. Not a big deal though. I would return to this hotel if visiting orlando again.

The staff were very professional and friendly. The breakfast they offer is really nice, with some good choices. The room we had was average, no microwave to heat food purchased or closet to hang clothes out of sight. Would have preferred a little more space in the room with more than one desk chair to sit on, they do have a nice setting area in the lobby to sit, but if you want privacy in your room with other family, there’s no place to sit, only on the bed. The windows to the room were very dirty, the bathroom sink was very slow to drain and in the restroom it looked like a little mold was starting in the corners close to the shower. There is no fan to take out the moisture after showering. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job, but most do not speak English, so when you needed something, they did not understand you. Also had to pay for parking each day we were there, we were charged $20.00 plus taxes to park.

The staff was friendly during check in and it was walking distance to the conference center. The property itself is a basic hotel with very basic amenities. The rooms are also very basic and they offer housekeeping "every other day." I can't say it was a bad experience overall but overall, a very basic hotel hotel with a basic breakfast with no options if you have dietary restrictions. Not an experience I would write anyone about.
