We love this hotel! It’s our go to hotel for peace and quiet while visiting the parks. The other hotels are pure chaos with noise and congestion. WG offers a place with a nice pool, big rooms with kitchens and super friendly service staff. It’s right on a lake with big fish so bring a pole if you wanna fish. The main downside is there is no restaurant in hotel.

Great amenities from inside your hotel room to the pool area! A little inconsistent with what kitchen tools each room has but enough for a family to be comfortable and make a meal! The only negative experience was the highly offensive marketing team. We were offered a free gift and the opportunity to learn more about Westgate properties. That dude did not do well. We were offered a late check out but the key card stopped working at 10 am. Otherwise, no issues. My family members from CA and TX booked other suites. We all agreed we would stay here again!

The hotel was great, staff were very friendly the hotel was really clean, neat. I would have loved to rate higher if it was not for really bad mattress causing back problems for me. I looked up the mattress they appeared older than the hotel may from they picked up from some other hotel ?cant tell. Also they dont have any room cleaning service until checkout which was strange cause its a "Hotel" you can request room clean service. Would love if they improved these two things and i would have give 5/5.

Well its not the best place or assistants there. When we checked in we was told the wrong room in wrong tower. Doing this with 2 little ones and alot of baggage. Had to load up and go to other tower. No hot water on first night. Didnt get fresh towels and everything over price. Go to check out at front desk and lady wasnt really friendly and didnt ask about our stay. Dont think i stay at another

This hotel has a lot of potential to be excellent. I think it is in the process of improvement so I will give them a break. Very clean, very beautiful pool area, great location if you have a car. Very close to Universal Studios and provides shuttle to park. Staff is very responsive to requests and is very accommodating. We visited a little before peak time for this hotel, so there was no restaurant on site, but a cafe that has really good light breakfast options. Our room lacked a full length mirror, hooks in the bathroom for towels and bathrobes. The bed was very comfortable. The master bedroom and the second bedroom’s bathrooms should be swapped out. The second bathroom was bigger with 2 sinks. The Master had one sink and was small and disappointing. Look in the drawers because a lot of the kitchen accessories feel hidden like the dish drainer, dishwasher detergent, etc. There is no daily cleaning. I requested dirty towel pick up and trash removal, and it didn’t happen. I did get the fresh towels I requested. I found the lighting to be harsh. Day light bright everywhere in this particular room. No soft light even with the dimmer. Few tweaks and this hotel could be awesome!
