Excellent all around!

Excellent stay for whole family. Clean and lots of pools/lazy rivers/splash pad for babies. Service was excellent from front desk to bar tenders to pool attendants to valet. All were amazing.

I didn’t mind the property overall it was pretty nice. My main issues were no microwave unless you walk down by the coffee shop and use that one which is weird to carry food thru the hotel to microwave. I also didn’t like how on Expedia it doesn’t tell you there’s a $100 incidental for EACH NIGHT. Even though it says on their direct site and I could’ve been smart enough to read it. Staying 5 nights and adding an extra $500 on top of the room is just a bit steep regardless, likely won’t stay again for that reason but if you don’t mind those two issues it’s a decent spot to go.

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was disappointing from start to finish. Between the poor communication, lack of cleanliness, unhelpful staff, and overall neglect of basic service, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to others.

The resort was fantastic, offering everything we needed as a family. However, the breakfast prices were quite high, making it difficult to afford. Additionally, having to order food from off-campus was a bit inconvenient.

Great valet!

Stayed here after a cheer competition at OCCC. Enjoyed the king bed with bunk beds. Housekeeping straightened up but did not do the top bunk. The valet service was excellent! Dining options weren't great or family friendly. The burger at the back grill was great but expensive.
