Resort charged me a $100 late check out even though we checked out by 10 am. Had to call and get passed around to several representatives to get that removed. Also not able to get a cart to bring up to your room to check out your belongings, you have to get a bellman to come up and do that.

Pool areas were nice - lots of variety and easily accessible. Hotel lobby and restaurant areas were also nice. Our room, however, left more to be desired. Our first room had a bad smell so we were given another room. This room had a backed up drain (I had to call the front to have it cleared out), a light that was burned out (they forgot to fix even after I called), stains on the sofa sleeper mattress cover, and the carpet was dirty.

We stayed there for two nights and the first night. I kept hearing a noise in the hallway, almost like a smoke detector was constantly beeping. The second night it was really bad and it was happening every one to two minutes. I called the front desk and nothing was done. Did not sleep at all in this hotel. We also got massages at the spa and well the service was great. I definitely would not call it a luxurious spa. The sauna was broken. The shower was broken and the only extra thing they had was a small Jacuzzi. For the amount of money I spent on the room and especially on bar and food. It was definitely not worth it.

I absolutely would not recommend a stay at this property it was not cleaned or cleaned daily made. Water wasn’t supplied extra charges to the max absolute rip off.
