Overall my stay was good. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. Housekeeping came daily to tidy up and make the bed. They provide basic hygiene items. The bed was ok but no major complaints there. The hotel is right near the trains which was very convenient. The price was great. I would stay there again.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Having a shopping center connected and easy metro access was a big plus. Also just a 5 minute walk from train station. Only very small improvement is only one 3 prong outlet was in the bathroom. Have stayed ay many that at least at man had one in the room for laptopsor easy foreign converters

PROS = wonderful location from two train stations (5 min walk to either JR Bentencho or Osaka Metro Chuo); super spacious room with four beds; separate toilet and bath; FamilyMart across the hotel entrance; hotel is in a building that also houses a Burger King, McDonald’s, a French bakery, grocery store, and Daiso. CONS = the staff’s overall courtesy was baseline and not as warm/accommodating; shower’s water pressure was average; the room had no airconditioning option but only a heating one

The staff is very friendly, the building is in a great location and has so many things available like food and shopping center at the second floor. Plus the hotel has its own restaurants. The amenities are great, I paid for laundry and I was so impressed with the service. I locked myself out of the room safe on accident and they were at my room within 10 minutes. The rooms themselves were nice and comfortable, and the views are out of this world.
