Good location, poor facilities.

The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very well presented. Check in was at 3PM but the hotel stored our luggage from 12PM. The hotel is very well located for Dotonburi and has metro stations within a few minutes walk. The drawbacks were the tiny bathrooms and lack of space in the bedroom due to the overly large bed. The bathroom was what would be expected in a caravan with the walls having a similar feel to them. To be able to dry myself after the shower I had to open the door. The heated mirror was a plus point though. The room had a very large bed limiting the room available. Combined with a sofa and a small refrigerator. The refrigerator worked well during our stay. Breakfast although not particularly busy was always crowded due to the narrow layout of the items. For example if someone was waiting for their toast that blocked the whole line to get by. Breakfast was more like an Asian lunch than what I would expect to see at breakfast and even for the Asian members of our party was disappointing. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was the on site laundry facilities but these were out of order during our stay meaning we had to walk some distance to find a laundromat. It should have been aparent when we booked. Overall the hotel was clean and tidy but quality was limited and not worth the money paid. I would not stay there again.

Overall the hotel is really close to Dotonbery. A little pricy with not much amenities. There is a onzen spa, for those who like that activity. The smoking room is not enough as i can breath the second hand smoke when i was in the lobby.
