The hotel room was a good size. Family of four and we each had our own bed. Had to use the couch to put our luggage on. Bathroom was fine. Hotel is easy walk to the universal studios and all the shops and restaurants. Very short walk to the nearest subway station for easy access to anywhere you want to go.

Really brilliant hotel, great sized room for family of four and super convenient for transport to and from Osaka. If you’re going to universal and can afford it it’s a no brainer. The spa and premium breakfast were some highlights. Great views and delicious food. Kids loved the pancake robot

From rhe moment you arrive it is great. The staff are very accommodating. We arrived at 0730 and did not want to lug around pur luggage. They did pre-check in, gave us a tokrn coin for the lockers and allowed us to put our stuff in storage, so we could be bag free. The room was great, dpacious, and clean. We stayed in the room with 4 beds. The morning breakfast buffet was great, and good to get the morning going. The location was pwrfect, right in the middle of the Universal City Walk. We got the overnight bus to Osaka, the hotel was a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and a 1 minute walk from the Universal Train Station. All in all it was a great experience.

Whenever we visit Osaka, we always choose Hotel Keihan because it’s right where Universal is, and the train station is a few steps away! The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are clean, as well as the whole facility. They serve a variety of options at breakfast, and I give them 100% for the preparation and taste!

With 2 young children, my wife and I stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Well, we chose this hotel as we wanted to spend the day in Universal Studio in Japan. So, it is in a great location for that purpose. Its check in and check out is automatic which is great. The thing we did not like about it was that even though we had a triple room, it was quite small foe a family of 4.

Close to everything

Close to universal studios and right along city walk. Cute and clean rooms. We dined at the 32nd floor buffet which was great and had something for everyone.
