This hotel is perfect if you are going to Universal studios and sightseeing around Osaka. It’s conveniently located close to both the park and JR station. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is worth including in your reservation, it offered the largest variety of food I’ve ever seen at a hotel breakfast. The staff is lovely, and check in/out was easy.

Big rooms, comfy beds, check in staff were wonderful, very clean. Amazing location for universal and Osaka city. Breakfast was best we had in Japan. Only negative was tv in room did not have Netflix or any apps.

We got the rainbow room and our kids love it. Everything was great except for the cushion has stained on it and there are tunnels between beds that were dusty

The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. I like the bathroom the most that I could enjoy the American standard bathtub with a TV available for you to watch while taking a bath.

Wonderful stay

The hotel is super clean, customer service is wonderful. It is just a few minutes walk to Universal Studios and even closer to the train station to go anywhere else.

If you are looking to stay next to USJ, this is a great property. It is also a 2 minute walk to the train station if you wanted to explore more of Osaka for a day or two. There is some dining options around the area but they are not the best.
