Fantastic hotel, we choose it because we wanted to be closed to USJ, room good size, clean, staff helpful, 5 min walk to USJ, and the star of the day was breakfast! Mind blowing, many station with variety of food, well organised, delicious! Highly recommend

The first thing you notice when entering the building are the rules, they are everywhere!!!! Don’t do this, don’t do that,. I was afraid to enjoy my stay in case I fractured a rule. Most of the rules were pointless and petty. Checkin was awful. There were about 10 friendly staff, however only 2 were checking people in. The others were “greeters”. I don’t need a greeter, I just need my room key and to get to my room as quickly and efficiently as possible. There were at least 6 empty checkin desks and at least 6 staff doing nothing…

Great location for USJ. Friendly staff. Lots to choose from the buffet. Very few foreigners in this hotel, yet still catered towards us extremely well. Lawsons at the bottom - so handy. Lots of restaurants across the road, as well as Universal-City train station. Catch Ubers from nearby Hotel Keihan, just across the street. A lovely family hotel. Superior triple room was very comfortable with 2 bathroom sinks and a great bathroom. Lots of toiletries on hand. Helped us send our luggage to Tokyo. Loved this hotel!

We loved the look of the hotel, especially the light-changing elevators and star ceiling lights in the room hallways. The room itself was a good size. It was nice and bright. The Halloween bath salts were a lovely touch. It was also great that there were kids movies that played on the television. It would have been nice if the kids movies rotated. We stayed multiple nights, and after a while we got tired of Sing 2 and Despicable Me.

The cleanest hotel I think I have ever stayed in. The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel felt upscale and had everything you could need in it. Across the street from city walk, universal and the JR Station.

Stayed here 2 nights, wish we booked this hotel for longer. It is conveniently located near train station, universal city walk & USJ, easy 3 min walk! Staff here were so friendly and helpful and we were very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. We booked a double twin and was pleasantly surprised with its size as it was a much bigger room than we had expected. Bathroom was a split design with a big shower and tub, perfect for soaking in after long days of exploring and enjoying the area. The toilet was situated in its own space which we liked. All amenities (toothbrush & paste, hair comb, hair tie, q-tips, razor, & body wash cloth) available in lobby free to grab 24/7 when needed. Rooms had full size body wash, shampoo, conditioner, essence, and face cleanser. Def will be returning to this hotel when we come back!

Booked the hotel specifically for Universal Studios. Convenient location in relation to the park and made the evening run much smoother not having to catch the train and make our way back after a long day at USJ. The train station was accessible and we were able to go into Osaka city easily
